Abstract
In spite of substantial public controversy, very little reliable data exists concerning the frequency with which non-citizen immigrants participate in United States elections. Although such participation is a violation of election laws in most parts of the United States, enforcement depends principally on disclosure of citizenship status at the time of voter registration. This study examines participation rates by non-citizens using a nationally representative sample that includes non-citizen immigrants. We find that some non-citizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and Congressional elections. Non-citizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress.

This evidence is documented in a 2014 paper published by the journal Electoral Studies. Based on survey data and election records, the authors of this paper found that the number of non-citizens who voted illegally in the 2008 election ranged “from just over 38,000 at the very minimum to nearly 2.8 million at the maximum.” Their “best estimate” is that 1.2 million or “6.4% of non-citizens actually voted.”
...
This is shown in a 2013 investigation by the U.S. Social Security Administration, which found that about 1.8 million illegal immigrants worked in 2010 by using a Social Security number “that did not match their name.” Furthermore, the study found that another 0.7 million illegal immigrants worked in 2010 with Social Security numbers that they obtained by using “fraudulent birth certificates.” Notably, a Social Security number is a common requirement for voter registration.

Americans are required to register if they want to vote; as of this week, Oregonians will have to register not to.
In front of a packed and cheering audience Monday, Gov. Kate Brown signed a first-in-the-nation bill to automatically register all eligible Oregonians to vote when they obtain or renew a driver’s license or state identification card.
Those who are registered through the new process will be notified by mail and will be given three weeks to take themselves off the voting rolls. If they do not opt out, the secretary of state’s office will mail them a ballot automatically 20 days before any election.

Four DMV workers are "Government Officials"?
LOL, ok.
How many fake IDs did they make?
And, since the report is based on a Federal lawsuit against these four (and two others who don't seem to be "government officials"), that means they were all caught and the matter has been corrected, right?
System working as intended.

MS13 gang members that are deported have a system they run so that they can be back in the US in less them 2 weeks.
And that is after they visit family in central America for up to a week before starting back to the US.
They have people that can transport them from central America back to the Mexican border using the drug cartels.
They even have people on the border that will pick them up and transport them back to the cities they were deported from.
And likely they have people that can supply them with high grade fake IDs.
There biggest problem is there tattoos give them away.

Sorry, when I clicked the link it brought me half way down the page. My bad.
ETA: I still don't buy that after all the risk and danger people go through to get here illegally, they would risk getting caught just to cast a vote.

You dont see anything wrong with allowing illegals to vote? Especially illegals coming from other countries which have no buisness meddling here?
I see a Trojan horse and powerful people trying to undermine our democracy by bringing foreigners to sway the votes in favor of a candidate that they (the powers that be) chooses for their own agenda.

If you are at the DMV getting your license renewed and a lowly DMV worker tells you that you are in the wrong line..... they ARE government officials.
Regarding the second part....
There was an arrest of a heroin dealer in the US yesterday....
So, problem solved!
All heroin dealers were caught, apparently.
There are no more heroin dealers in the US because they caught one last night.
Yay!
