Destroying the DaVinci Code

Did you see Tony Robinsons attempt to totally discredit Dan Brown. I dont mind trying to prove the facts in any historical event, but to leave out so many important facts leaves an air of conspiracy.
Has Dan Brown got to close to the truth, was Tony Robinson engaged, Knowing or Unknowingly, to discredit Dan Brown.
Having loved the book, i was to say the least, dissapointed with the documentaries attempt to prove the facts.
50% of historically important facts were not even challenged. Is Tony Robinson PS (Priory of Sion) or was he an innocent bystander.
Id appreciate any comments on this. Appologies if youve already done this one.
