Why do you guys keep thinking this is a big deal. It's not. She had the clearance and it was part of her job.
Oh and ummm look where we are. It's not like he's being framed.
Obviously there was probable cause.
Obviously...

Even the illegal stuff too.

So you're admitting there was probable cause Trump did "illegal stuff?"

Oh I don't know...maybe because it was sent just a couple months ago? Timing is everything right?

Wow...got any evidence to backup the Cause Russia stuff? Flynn has been gone since the beginning...outside of that it is all "official sources"....LOL

Flynn has his own grand jury. He begged to testify for immunity, most likely because he knows he is guilt of collusion and maybe outright treason.

Flynn should be the first one indicted, the first one in jail. Unless he flips on Trump for a plea-deal. THAT will be interesting.

Interesting....so a new grand jury is needed for a investigation that is supposed to include Flynn?

I'd love to hear his testimony....nobody is blocking it that I know of.

Flynn is the most outright prosecutable from what is know of his actions thus far...Lying on DOD Clearance forms about Russia paying him for his trips..Lying about taking 500K? from Turkey during the campaign...retroactively having to declare himself an agent of a foreign government..Lying during the initial FBI interview regarding the content and number of calls with Kisylak...The reason the Flynn issue has gone silent is that he is now a cooperating witness IMO.

These are all things that are dead to rights proven...as in records and pictures of them.

They are? Or are they just part of the alt-right mythology? If these are all true, where are the indictments, or the convictions?

Have none of you read back to the early 90's and even farther back to the Arkansas days of the Clintons?

I don't need to read about them, I was an adult at the time. Voting well before that decade.

Where are the indictments or convictions from that time?

And, really, if you want to discuss things so off topic, please start you own thread. This harkens of the old deflection...But, but, but (fill in the blank, to take the conversation away from where it is going)

A memo from a special prosecutor is not law. Secondly people need to be careful comparing special prosecutors from Clinton to Trump. Clintons special prosecutor was appointed by Congress under a different statute than the one for Trump. That statute (Clintons) no longer exists. It was allowed to lapse after constitutional questions were raised (injury to separation of powers as only the AG can appoint a special prosecutor).

Fair enough.

Still irrelevant. The memo still states that it would be constitutional for the president to be indicted by a federal grand jury.

Well, I'm sure the investigation ramping up is just a sign it's shutting down..

Or something like that.

We're getting some tax returns. At this point, I dont care what it proves or disproves... Those damn returns have been talked about more than the missing 28 pages of the 9/11 report

and have nothing to do with the collusion investigation. Mueller is outside his jurisdiction delving into that with no links.

Facts are that he has a heavy hitting financial lineup of a lot of former Clinton "associates"....

What facts are those? Where do you get these facts about Mueller's grand jury? Sources, if you please.

Thank you.

Have you looked up any of the attorneys hired? Just wondering....

Grand Jury's don't usually include the attorneys but.....

You make the claim, produce the facts.

Don't put this on me to do your research. You claim to have facts. Do you really have any facts? Do you have any sources? Or is this some alt-right mythos that has been whispered so often that people believe in it. You know about the "big lie" techniques, don't you?

You might look it up.

Still irrelevant. Again, indicted by a federal grand jury.

While it is not law or there is no precedent, it stands that it is entirely possible, and possibly within constitutional limits, that a president can be indicted.

That would have to be tested by the courts, but still very possible.

Oh, So now it is irrelevant lol...

If you read that the kicker is the DOJ has the authority
over Mueller. And Mueller can not impeach.

People need to stop saying collusion. That doesn't mean anything in regards to the law.

For one thing, Congress could reinstate the independent council law, and Mueller would be back in business the next day, but his time completely free of the Justice Department. I suspect someone mentioned this to Trump, and he backed off.

That statute was allowed to lapse over constitutional issues. Congress was usurping the authority of the Executive branch with that statute. Only the AG can appoint special prosecutors.

Because both a SC and SI can convene a federal grand jury, as far as I understand it.

If it was legal then explain why the majority of unmasking request reasons were left blank. Secondly she violated 702.
