PROMIS Inslaw Clinton Systematics FusionGPS all related...is this the missing link?

Ok, so been doing some more research on address connections related to FusionGPS and Glenn Simpson thanks to jadedandcynical.

It led me to a connection in an older thread about PROMIS and PRISM involving the Clintons, a company named Systematics and where/how the Clinton dynasty and body count truly originated. If you haven't read that thread or anything on PROMIS and Inslaw then you should, if only to brush up on the seriousness of the corruption involved.

That one will give you the best overview of the corruption beginning with Inslaw and the development of PROMIS, the Systematics takeover and how Hillary was directly involved in the acquisition and distribution of the stolen software to work for banks and intelligence communities.

Now for the new connection I have to give some background.

Inslaw Inc is an information technology firm which developed the famous PROMIS software, an NCIC-type tracking technology incorporating numerous databases such as court records, financial institutions, and utility companies. Inslaw was forced into bankruptcy in 1985 because the US Justice Dept., which contracted to purchase it, renigned on its obligations.[1] Pirated versions of the software were sold by US intelligence worldwide to 88 foreign intelligence agencies, and other organizations such as banks, which included a "backdoor" for US intelligence to hack into. Hillary Clinton was the intellectual property lawyer for a company that obtained and marketed copies of the stolen PROMIS software.[2]

That company was Systematics Inc, of Little Rock Arkansas,[3] now known as Alltel. Systematics was founded by Jackson Stephens of Stephens Inc., owners of Worthen Banking Corporation which bankrolled Bill Clinton's 1992 Presidential election campaign.[4] Stephen's was also co-owner, along with the Lippo Group (the Riady family) of the American branch of BCCI which laundered drugs and arms sales in the Iran-Contra scandal.[5] Systematics had an interest in further developing and marketing the stolen PROMIS software worldwide,[6] with its hidden "backdoor" for US intelligence hackers, to monitor in real time financial transactions and money laundering at banks throughout the world.[7][8] That backdoor can also be used by intelligence service hackers or others in possession of the program to launder money themselves.

Systematics Incorporated was a data processing company acquired in 1968 by Arkansas superinvestor Jackson T. Stephens. In 1990 it was sold to Alltel Corporation, and today is a part of Fidelity Information Systems.

Fidelity Information Systems still uses the name 'Systematics' as the name of a retail banking software product suite.

Systematics employees have held two reunions, most recently the 40th Anniversary Reunion in 2008. Pictures from both reunions and current information about former employees is available at the website - www.sireunion.org.

One of the lawyers Stephens hired to represent the company was a bright young attorney named Hillary Rodham. After she joined the Rose Law Firm, Stephens employed the firm and engaged its partners — including the now-married Hillary Rodham Clinton, Vince Foster and Webster Hubbell — in several of his ventures.[2]

So....where does FusionGPS come in? Well, they have been deeply involved in recent stories on Russia obviously....they are an intelligence gathering company.

FusionGPS is owned by Glenn Simpson. Glenn is married to a woman named Mary Jacoby. Now how odd would it be for them to have a connection to the direct involvement of Jackson Stephens acquisition of Systematics? Very odd....yet here it is....

Systematics was founded in 1968 by University of Arkansas graduate Walter Smiley, who learned of the high software costs and other difficulties faced by small banks in trying to use data processing software from his experiences working with IBM and in the banking industry. Smiley recognized a niche that could be filled for medium-sized banks in this space, and sought funding to start his own company. Through Jon Jacoby, Smiley was introduced to the Stephens family, who agreed to invest $400,000 in Walter and Systematics in return for 80% equity stake.

Now I am a bit dumbfounded at these connections and have no real way to explain them. It actually gave me the chills when I read the name Jacoby associated with Systematics, PROMIS and Clinton and realized that FusionGPS was linked as well....

When you reach into a basket full of snakes, there's no telling how many you'll pull out at once.

I think these peeks behind the curtain are fascinating when they reveal something surprising but not unexpected when looked at with hindsight.

Am at work at the present and its the busy time of month for us, but I should have some time this evening to poke around a bit more.

Sounds like cause for serious investigation and a grand jury, like RICO style.

Oh...and just do a bit of googling on Jon Jacoby of Arkansas.....the connections and money are mind blowing...and heavily involved in the Stephens Company for a very long time.

The ties between Jacoby and the Clinton dynasty are deep and long....dating to their oddly fast rise in politics at almost the exact time all of the above was beginning and her time as counsel for Systematics....

Very nice find and damn good work backtracking, to include other members who helped.

So, in a sense, we got a peek at the creation that set the foundation for this to mature. Now, its being used to slander the current President of the United States. Who would have guessed? Hillary probably green lighted it. SNAKES.

It seems like this may have been the very beginning of what is now in play to me. These companies and people all being connected 30+ years ago can't just be coincidence...and the fact a Jacoby is involved in FusionGPS is astounding to me.

Makes me wonder if Mary Jacoby is actually the brains here and Glenn has been riding her connections since they got together....

Her companies were very well connected...has me questioning if she is just a handler and has been feeding Glenn stories to get them out there under a different name as Jacoby would be immediately tied to everything.

The Jacoby connection is the root. I'd bet he even had a hand in Stephens picking Hillary as the attorney for Systematics.

Great post VC ...I spent a bit of time over at Littlesis poking around and popping names into the search and it scares the beegeebez out of me the connections . I guess I have too wild of a imagination on my own . So I think I will sit quietly by and try to take in the tamer version .

So just making more connections here, Mary Jacoby worked with Sid Blumenthal for years at Salon prior to his jumping ship for the first HRC campaign....but that's not what is really interesting to me.

It would appear Jacoby has been fairly tight knit with Hillary for a while. Somehow Jacoby became traveling press secretary for long time Clinton friend and former presidential runner Wesley Clark. His bumblings made famous after the 90 minute interview in flight where Jacoby attempted to "save" him.

I have been searching everywhere but can't seem to find anything about how she was picked or who recommended her. If I had to guess, it would have been the Clintons or Blumenthal.

Either way, the close connection of the Clintons with FusionGPS leave no doubt in my mind that they formulated the plan at the direction of the Clintons and likely with a large heap of Blumenthal in the mix. The fact Jacoby worked with Clinton, her father has ties to Clinton and Jacoby worked for years with Blumenthal....well....let me just lay it out...you have a political reporter, a political campaign adviser working under the radar who was Jacoby's editor for years, and Hillary attempting to deflect any investigation into her activities.

Now combine all that with a lot of money, Jacoby/Stephens, plenty of influence, the ability to have deeply data-mined information for influence over others via PROMIS, and having nothing of real substance to throw mud with on the one you are going after....voila...make it up and force those you blackmail to keep with the story. Add into the mix that Jacoby's husband, Glenn Simpson founder of FusionGPS, has a LONG history of Russian ties and stories and even books he has written, company acting as a foreign agent without registering, and yada! Russian Conspiracy born, fronted and backed.

So, I spent a little time poking about using the relevant names. Haven't found anything earth shattering, but did see several articles written by Mary Jacoby regarding the Clintons:

In the realm of conspiracy theories I think you have hit the proverbial mother lode.
This is the key to how the Clintons got power and eliminated enemies.
This is now the stay-behind network buried in government Trump call the swamp.
I would agree but swamps are somewhat cleaner..
It's the network of big banks, government officials and corporations who want to pull all the strings and have pretty much gotten away with it for the last 2 decades at least.
Vince Foster's death becomes all the more significant given his relationship.

This thread has been up since early August and not a peep from the Clinton cheerleader/usual suspects.
I think that is a sign that there is something here to find.
