Wkileaks has already stated Seth Rich was the DNC leaker. It caused a bit of a miff between Assange and Murray. Murray stated it several times to several people, even in an interview with Sean Hannity.

By Dave Boyer - The Washington Times - Wednesday, December 14, 2016

A WikiLeaks figure is claiming that he received leaked Clinton campaign emails from a “disgusted” Democratic whistleblower, while the White House continued to blame Russian hackers Wednesday for meddling in the presidential election and asserted that Donald Trump was “obviously aware” of Moscow’s efforts on his behalf.

Craig Murray, a former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, said in the report by the Daily Mail that he flew to Washington for a clandestine handoff with one of the email sources in September.

He said he received a package in a wooded area near American University.
“Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,” Mr. Murray told the British newspaper. “The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.”

Even Salon briefly touched I recentlyt...

Salon - Saturday, May 27, 2017
On December 15, Craig Murray, a “close associate” of Julian Assange, told the Daily Mail that he was a middleman for the leaks and that the handoff took place in D.C. in September.

Then Assange goes on later, in early 2017 alluding to Seth Rich as the leaker and offered a $20,000 reward for information on his murder. Ipso Facto we can scratch Russia off the list...

A lawsuit has been filed against the DC Police to force
the release of the files on Seth Rich's murder.

The complaint requests the disclosure of three specific pieces of information in the case; surveillance video footage from a nearby second-floor camera, the Medical Examiner’s report, and the forensic ballistic report.

An independent group investigating the July 2016 murder of Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich is suing the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser for information connected to the murder investigation. The Profiling Project filed the lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court Wednesday morning, asserting that MPD has mismanaged the murder investigation. The group said that MPD’s stonewalling is unjustified.

Second source:

WaPo

I think think this is a good move, and necessary to solve the crime.
No new information has been released since October of 2106.

I would imagine the family would want this done as well,
as they still want to find Seth Rich's murderers?

I'll try and find the complaint to post.

I'll pose the same thing here as I did another thread.

So Rich was murdered and they say it was a botched robbery.

First...what led them to the conclusion of it being a botched robbery? Why is this the narrative?

Second, don't most political staffers have a personal and work cell phone? So the reports have said nothing was stolen and he had a cell phone on him....could that cell have been his personal cell and the target of the murder was his work cell, or the other way around?

If DNC staffers were issued cell phones, or blackberrys, then it would likely have evidence of calls or comms of some sort to whomever he was leaking to correct?

I really don't buy that Aaron Rich or anyone in Seth Rich's immediate family would be trying to kill an investigation as part of some sinister agenda. Not at all.

Yeah because that's never happened before, right?

The family's body language alone in interviews is suspicious enough. They do not seem like they're grieving. They seem to downplay all the allegations and don't seem to be very concerned with apprehending their son's murderer.

In my opinion the only explanation here is a coverup. If he was robbed why didn't they take anything? How was he stable on the way to the hospital then after forcing all hospital staff attending to him out of the area he suddenly dies? Where is the security camera footage from the night he was shot? Why is virtually all progress in this investigation met with red tape and pushback?

No. But it sure as hell wasn't tampering. That's a very serious charge that would be in a court but oh yeah...

You are right, it is serious. Luckily it is in court as we speak for Tampering / rigging / Fraud.

I have already claimed that Wikileaks is a Russian propaganda outlet before they said that BECAUSE they won't admit to Seth Rich being a source

That is nonsense, if they were Russian propaganda then they would have already named Seth as the leaker, as that would take the heat off of the Russian collusion narrative. You talk in circles a lot!

No it makes sense if they DON'T admit it. Then they can make it look like they are playing both sides by alluding to him being the leaker while he really wasn't. Again. This is all being done to muddy the waters. It is textbook propaganda. If you'd just open your mind about it, you'd realize this.

The only propaganda out there is disseminated by the DNC and their media operatives. That's what you are falling for.

I thought we were done talking? You started insulting me. That tells me that you don't want to discuss with me anymore and just want to argue. Make up your mind.

Omg, do you always say this when you lose.

I said THIS elsewhere on ATS. WL has been compromised.

They've ALREADY lost MASSIVE credibility. Do you remember the events of last Sept/Oct? All the WL Lawyers "dying"? The INTERNET being cut? The insurance files with non-matching hashes now? The UTTER LACK of ANY PGP-signed messages?

And let's not forget the deadman's switch going off and the KEY hidden in the blockchain...and all the DDOS attacks on people trying to find it...

WL has been straight up compromised. There was literally a war between OUR IC and Russia's IC. Russia appears to have TAKEN OVER and has a metaphorical gun to Assange's head. He is NOT calling the shots.

Newsweek
The suit was filed in a US District Court.
If you delve in, you will see that people are blaming DNC operatives for tampering with Bernie people's laptops to get info.
medium.com

While the events of June 1 and 2 occurred near Miami, Florida where the lawsuit was filed, a third concerning event took place overnight in the town of Dassel, Minnesota, about 50 miles west of Minneapolis in central Minnesota. On Saturday morning June 3, Angela Monson, one of the various Plaintiffs named in the lawsuit and an active member in her local Democratic party, awoke around 5:45am and sought to use her personal laptop computer. After noticing her device was not in the entryway where she last left it, Monson found her laptop in the living room, eerily placed on an end table in comfortable reach for only a right-handed person. Monson, who lives with mild cerebral palsy, has limited use of her right hand, and is exclusively left-handed.

handed. Upon recovering her laptop, Monson noticed the device had been tampered with: according to the affidavit submitted to the court, when she tried to boot up the computer, it made a snapping noise, and did not turn on. In examining the defective and misplaced device, Monson turned it over, and the back plate snapped off. Noticing the 10 screws holding the hardware together were missing, Monson checked with her sons to be sure neither tampered with the device. Upon hearing neither had, an alarmed Monson realized an intruder must have entered, presumably overnight. Monson would inspect her home to find a patio door left ajar approximately 3 inches, and another door mysteriously unlocked. Law enforcement who arrived on the scene discovered a third connecting door unlocked as well, unveiling the entry path of an intruder who appeared to have broken into the house, tampered with the laptop til it no longer functioned, and retreated without looting or damaging the home or property in any other way.

They are scum.

Did the DNC Help Hillary Clinton Beat Bernie Sanders? Fraud Lawsuit Takes Aim at Leadership

What is the role of the Democratic National Committee in presidential elections? Is it to sway the vote toward a safe, solid and respected insider who will supposedly drive the party straight into the White House, or is it to provide voters the ultimate decision as to which campaign will take the ballot, without any bias or partiality?

That is the question at the heart of a class-action lawsuit charging the Democratic National Committee with fraud, deceptive conduct and negligent misrepresentation over the course of the 2016 primaries, in which Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was defeated by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the Democratic ticket. Jared Beck, a Harvard law expert and one of the attorneys backing the suit, has demanded the DNC repay its donors and Sanders supporters for contributions made throughout the election, citing a misappropriation of public funds.

7 Jaw-Dropping Revelations From Hearings on the Motion to Dismiss the DNC Fraud Lawsuit

Last Tuesday, Senior U.S. District Judge William J. Zloch heard oral arguments regarding a Motion to Dismiss filed by attorneys representing the Democratic National Committee and Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in the class-action lawsuit filed against them. The lawsuit seeks damages on behalf of Democratic Party donors who made financial contributions to Bernie Sanders and the Party under the presumption the primary would be conducted fairly per the DNC’s charter. The lawsuit was filed in June 2016 following the release of leaked emails showing behind-the-scenes collusion between the DNC, the Clinton campaign, and other entities to ensure Hillary Clinton would be the Democratic nominee prior to Americans casting votes in the party’s primary contests.

1. The crux of the Motion to Dismiss asserts the Judge is not in a position to determine how the Democratic Party conducts its nominating process.

2. The Democratic Party views itself as having authority to favor a candidate without any legal repercussions.

3. Judge Zloch appeared skeptical, noting the Democrats’ interest to obscure the guarantee of the Party’s impartiality clause.

4. The Democrats insist that “impartial” cannot be defined, so the DNC’s impartiality clause is akin to a political promise in that it can not be guaranteed.

5. DNC’s legal counsel appeared unaware of any procedures in place to determine how the DNC supports state parties as they conduct individual primary nominating contests.

6. The Democrats’ lawyers takes the position that while the Democrats are not legally obligated to conduct the primary fairly, they did in fact conduct the 2016 primary fairly.

7. In closing remarks, U.S. Federal Court district judge emphasized: “Democracy demands the truth”.

So you're saying that Murray was acting on behalf of the Russian government, when Seth Rich handed these documents off to him ?

Doesn't change the source of the leak though does it ?

WikiLeaks also tweeted a link to the NPR story about Rod Wheeler's lawsuit. Here's the source of the video, Trump shill Cassandra Fairbanks at bigleaguepolitics.com.< br />
These vultures are now trying to claim that Aaron Rich, Seth Rich's brother, is covering up something. This is getting to be right up there with harassing the parents of Sandy Hook victims.

so that's how this kind of thing gets shut down?
At least it's cool to see it in action, so you know what to look for next time.
Great work, bonus coming.

You know what I really like about ATS? It gives me a side narrative for a world we sadly live in. Explanations to a questionable death is one; sometimes it fills a bigger appetite with its doom porn. I agree the MSM is poison as well; if you like Trump, tune in FoxNews. If you dislike him, tune in to CNN, MSNBC, or any liberal news outlet; and you will get the dialogue you look for.(I come here for the same reasoning if you want my complete honesty, I'm suspicious of any government willing to outsource its duties such as incarceration of criminals to private enterprise, to me it's a sign of corruption)

Queue house divided speech.

What if there was no hack? This could all be a ploy to further divide us. Our enemies would have a much easier time fighting the US forces and the few draftees of house elephant to enslave those of house donkey.(sorry couldn't resist GOT like references) Whatever happens I think this is the weakest generation the United States has ever experienced with a bigger unwillingness to fight. WW2 in this era would have ended much differently imo.

It would be great to see this murder solved; and the guilty held accountable. I'd love to see much of the dialogue of this thread be true, and DWS and co finally pay for their crimes. Only time will tell though as justice seems to move slowly enough it can be outpaced in the political world.

The new revelations put Aaron Rich at the center of the coverup. I'm seriously wondering if he might have killed his own brother -- or was at least involved in a more-than-peripheral way -- and the parents are protecting Aaron by sticking to the "botched robbery" explanation and generally trying to sweep the matter under the rug as best they can.

Yep, nothing should be accepted from Wikileaks.

Even when even the DNC admits that all of the stuff the released was real.
