So the people organizing violence are getting arrested, good. It's one thing to protest it's another to organize the destruction of infrastructure and murder supporters of the president.

That's not to say the president is right at all but we cant ignore how #ty the protest organizers are.

Yup

Dam colonists rebelling against a tyrant! Upstarts like those North American colonists.

You don't seem to realize that Maduro is literally trying to rewrite the constitution to give himself unlimited power. He wants to turn Venezuela into a 1-party fascist regiem.

At least, I hope you don't realize that. Because I can't imagine how anyone can possibly be on board with that plan.

Why are you so keen to believe the MSM BS ?
Didn't you have enough example in the past of how accurate the reporting about 'US democratic values' should be 'applied' in order to prevent the big/bad actions of a 'evilish dictator' ...

Same old song, same sh...
Just keep in mind that Venezuela is an oil-rich country.

It will end badly for Maduro. The country is in dire straights as it is. Eventually the entire country will turn on him at some point. His security forces can not and will not protect him from what is coming in the future.

I agree. I wonder what should be done with the security forces.

Venezuela Opposition Leader Antonio Ledezma Gets House Arrest

Venezuelan opposition leader Antonio Ledezma was transferred from jail early Friday morning, beginning a state of enforced house arrest.

The move was announced by his wife through twitter.

"I am informing the country that several minutes ago, surprisingly, SEBIN (Bolivarian National Intelligence Service) returned Antonio to our home," she wrote.

"He will serve house arrest."
