I don't see why he should keep a promise to those whom have been lying about him from day 1.

But he was also promising his supporters

Believe it or not, most "supporters" understand the strategy, which is totally mis-understood by the opposition factions.

I do not think "his supporters" were the ones asking for the tax returns......but of course you have a source that says otherwise right?

The hypocrisy is astounding tbh here.
If Clinton or obama did not release their tax returns you all would have been up in arms.
But because it is trump he gets a free pass.
Hypocrites the lot of them the Trumpalumpas.

Actually he was answering questions from a media that in no way represents his supporters.
Much easier to just tell them something to get them to go away. He could have just said "go away you annoying little cretins" but you probably wouldn't have liked that either.

The real question is why does a Brit give a toss about an Americans tax return?

You and those who seem intent on seeing them are not capable of reviewing them - so look on the bright side, he's saving you a few hrs of your life..

Who even cares about his taxes? I totally forgot about it until you made this thread.

This has about... zero relevance in my life.

YOU are a much more interesting topic.

He said it as far back as 2014 that if he were to run for POTUS he would release his tax returns.
