One advantage is no explosive projectiles or flammable propellant. This prevents disaster from accident or an enemy hit on a magazine.

Need better batteries. What happened to the e-cat unit? Seems to me something like that would be perfect to boost charge.

Except that whole not working because Rossi's a fraud thing and it being a HEATER/BOILER sure....

My understanding is that it doesn't generate electricity, it boosts it. It's more or less a power booster. If there is no power being supplied no power comes out. If 0.1 amps is applied you get 10,000 amps out. Or something like that.
