I don't see it reflecting direct sunlight, which only hits it on the very left where it's dark.

I saw a discussion on this photo in Antarctica on Google Earth. 61°57'50.91"S, 58° 3'44.74"W
At first I thought it was just a crack or outcropping of rock.
Do cracks and out croppings reflect sunlight like this does?
The rest of it is in the shade of the nearby hill, and is not being struck by direct sunlight. Could be a patch of ice or a crack that partially filled in where you see some reflection from the uneven filling in the middle of the crack. There are other features in the area which appear to have such an origin.

I saw three of those once..
Where is that pic from?
I've described my sighting several times as a reflective football UFO with the bottom flattened

Which picture?

I dunno, if it was shot from above you'd think the object would be circular, not as though it was viewed side on and the lighting of it isn't consistent with where you would expect light and shadows to be considering the direction of light.

Firstly, this was reported by SecureTeam10...so you know it is likely a hoax.
Published July 29th.
Secondly, there is no shadow under the disk on the snow...so you know it is likely a hoax.

I don't know, have you tried moving the date slider? I noticed each area has a different selection of dates to choose imagery from.

The smooth edged object in my photo is a little over a mile away
from the co-ordinance that are displayed in your photo.
Why can't I find your image?
Good point, I thought of that too but someone might think it's a crashed UFO that ploughed into the ground sideways, LOL.

Neat photo. But, if it were a UFO, like the photo your provided, wouldn't that Antarctica pic mean the UFO pilot is flying on his side?? Like, perpendicular to the ground?
Assuming the gmaps pic is looking downwards...
