I think it's just a way to emphasize certain words because intonation is lost through text.

I do it too, except I use 'these' instead of "these."

Trump did put quotation marks around the word Russia.

The chronology of this would either verify that yes, trump is a time traveler OR that he's a genius having a laugh at things like this over a two year period.

Or, more likely, you waste enough time trying to finds something, you'll find something that is really nothing.

I would suppose so. If you look at Trump's background it is knee deep in the secret cabal. His religion is that of the Luciferian religion that takes into consideration all of the religions from the ancients. I guess you can believe in anything as long as you hate Christ.
