Apparently this is nothing new.

And the second — and most important — reason is that Trump has a very strange relationship with quotation marks. If you look over his tweets, he doesn't seem to use them in any consistent way. While some people might use them to project skepticism, that's not his approach.

Those tweets aren't exactly in chronological order, now are they? You can make any kind of statement by reordering tweets.

That's a really good point, it can be simple. I guess it's like some pieces of modern art; they're not always technically difficult, but it's genius because no one had thought or dared to do it before. Although if he'd actually put those words in quotations it would have been easy to tell something was up. And I don't know if being hard to notice makes it any more genius.

Edit: I mean such as painting squares of color, or putting a urinal in an art gallery.

First off, they are not in order. They are random (check the dates of the posts). This is just someone piecing together what they want to see. Kind of like on Season 8 of Tosh.O, when they took one word from several of Obama's speeches, and made them into his intro. The dates on the Twitter posts, set some of the words to "before" the following words that complete the sentence. This is just a product of an imaginative mind.

It's a joke but it does bring up a good question. Trump does use quotation marks around random words a lot. It also bring up good question about secret codes in tweets from other accounts from say radical Muslims and government agents.
I think it might be something worth looking into.
