When they made Liverpool the European capital of culture a few years back and started regeneration a lot of true Liverpool people were priced out of there own home city, despite the right wing media propaganda as well Liverpool folk are actually just normal folk and most are friendly decent soul's.

But the last generation were a lot tougher and indeed the generation before them even more so, perhaps it is just a weakening of the general Caucasian gene pool through all those chemical additives and falling sperm count's but not only would they have never happened in the past it could not have happened in the past, there will be plenty of old Liverpool guy's literally fuming at this though but likely the reprisal's will be random and it simply be unconnected people that suffer.

It has always been a diverse city though, many cultures have passed through the city that was once one of the main port's on the way to America and it has many historical ties to New York, it was once a very beautiful city but there is a long tradition of animosity with Manchester which started when some Liverpool docker's were on strike and there employer went to Manchester to recruit unemployed men to do there job causing the striking Liverpool dockers to lose there own job's, despite this the people of Liverpool and Manchester actually share many family bond's with the smaller city of Liverpool having been the main port for Manchester mill's during the industrial revolution.
Both city's also have a very high Ethnic Irish, Scottish and welsh population with more welsh in Liverpool's makeup.

Just to imagine how these scum bag's would not have lasted five second's if the generation alive during the second world war was still around today - in either city and I wonder if we Brit's are actually losing our fighting spirit and becoming too docile for our own good or is that down to yet more food additive's.

Liverpool also has a strong Afro Caribbean population and the oldest China town in Europe.
