Glad you enjoy the joke.
Gotta laugh just thinking that they would watch somebody pick the dirt out from under his toenails for 15 minutes.

It's always good to get the workers on your side though. Offer them cold bottles of water, sodas, or a beer at the end of the day. Then they will always pretend to respect you, and simulate their best work.

Oki.
Well: you could at least offer them a glass of wine, and put-on some romantic music, before you ask them to do that.

Buy an invoice book and start billing the apartment complex for every inconvenience. I think $300/day is a fair start for run-over inconvenience.

The thing that hurts the most is my camcorder had a tape in it of my sons childhood, that cannot be replaced. I don't even care about the camcorder, I really just want the tape back
., and for them to get out of my house, windows, hallways.

Yes it shocks me too, what they don't know is I've documented everything, have 3 cousins who are lawyers and I'm about to break.

My neighbor tells me they fired some security guards due to breaches in her apt. Her keys went missing too, and someone had entered her apt without consent. She only found out cause her cat got out; it took her an hour to find her cat.

It's a sad world where you just can't trust anybody!

I also heard someone in the attic crawl space above my bedroom last week at about 6:00am; my cat ran when she heard it. The surveillance thing is starting to sound not so crazy! The only things ng they are going to bust are the idiots working here though!

You know, about a month ago we had some workers who replaced my balcony. They appeared to be American; they were fast, clean, polite and cranked that job out. I did hear one of those workers say to his other coworker not bad for an American worker. Now I wonder if they had some issues with this crew too. In fact they showed up to fix what the idiots tried to do!

Hmmmm

I would freak out on them..
Get out of there and buy a House.
And file a complain to their boss and your renter.
And write a online review on a trustscore site

I wish I could buy a house, my ex ruined my credit score. Had to but another car after my other one got totaled. Just got laid off.

Checking out the paint job this morning on the doors and there are literally drips of paint in some areas, and not enough in others. For all the time they spent here, it looks like crap.

I once painted someones' addition to their home in between jobs and considering it was my first house painting job, it came out awesome, and I swear I spent less time :/

Do it yourself.
Door locks aren't expensive, and they're easy to change.
Only way to be sure you're the only one with access.
