I'm sure that one transgender person knew a secret to humanity that no one else has figured out...

Doubtful lol..

Not that I agree with trump. We have a huge military.. any trans people they kick out will be replaced by someone who now cannot be on the front line..

My impression from the ones with their hair on fire is its all about the discrimination angle. As usual.

My impression is some people are trying to create a 'new' sex out of thin air.

Mother nature is the only one that can do that.

Man not so much.

Hey if people want to be weird whatever I say more power to them, although what people have an orgasm to, or whatever, well the orgasm topics should be kept in the bedroom. The transgender stuff is a bit more complicated but with adults it doesn't seem they'd get bullied like in high school. I'd suspect most of them would mostly go unnoticed if they werent all in a fury about their condition. While all kids that stand out get picked on sop they ought to quit acting like they should get special powers above it over every one else. And this thing of ramrodding all this kind of stuff down everyone's throat, which includes attempted mass social engineering of the nations little children into it, well that's a PSYOP war. WARFARE. They want warfare well they'll get it. Leave the little kids alone. They have enough BS to figure out they always did. That was before the 21st Century. That is without sex or gender even in the equation. And look what its all done to them. An entire generation of snowflake monsters. No one can even honestly deny that part.

You push too far and you'll get push back and there will be victims caused from the over-pushing even without it. It's only nature.

BWAHAHAHA

the Russia probe is laughable, that's why we have an email from Jr telling the world that trump is guilty....

Maybe if you keep telling yourself that, it will be true! Just like CNN keeps hoping for!

The military and the military culture is no place for anybody with gender dysphoria....plain and simple common sense.

Uh, no, that's not common sense. That's judgmental twaddle.

Yea there is no way a transsexual can drive a car or work the PX.. definately couldn't push a button to launch missles or fly a drone...

There are 1000 jobs that don't touch combat and will now require we shift a combat ready troop to fill that slot...

EXCEPT WE HAVE THIS EMAIL..

"Emin just called and asked me to contact you with something very interesting.
The Crown prosecutor of Russia met with his father Aras this morning and in their meeting offered to provide the Trump campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.
This is obviously very high level and sensitive information but is part of Russia and its government's support for Mr. Trump - helped along by Aras and Emin.
What do you think is the best way to handle this information and would you be able to speak to Emin about it directly?
I can also send this info to your father via Rhona, but it is ultra sensitive so wanted to send to you first."

THAT FLAT OUT SAYS TRUMP COLLUDED..

No.
I have never considered it because it's never been an issue to me. Not to be cold. It's just not something that's come up.
I don't know enough about it.
I do know that some of my Iraqi freedom friends and desert storm friends have lots of medical issues they blame on the drugs they were given. From rashes to hair loss. So erectile dysfunction wouldn't surprise me.

Sometimes I think it's just a rise in consciousness about men's sexual health.
Men didn't talk about impotence as it used to be called. With a name like that no wonder.
But seriously I think it's a common problem that was just never talked about.
Now there's no problem talking about it. So everyone does. I remember back when bra manufacturer's had to show their product on a mannequin in tv commercials because...boobies.
So we're making progress. They even say vagina on tv now.

Seriously, why someone whose 'life obsession' is wrapped up in their gender dysphoria ordeal would even want to then put themselves through this whole added life ordeal of militaria, screams to me something aint right upstairs.

I mean 'bull dyke' types in the military makes a ton of sense. No offense if that's an 'offensive term'. Is it?!?

But dudes whom 'want' to become girls, with that just doesn't make a lick of sense to me.

Unless of course they're just trying to get a free ride to 'womanhood'. And if that's the case then I say that's wrong. Wrong like sports players, or better yet musicians who aren't even in it for the art the music, they're just there for the sex drugs and money.

People joining so they can get a sex change isn't anything like comparing the bulk of them whose big interest is getting an education afterwards; career.

If anything, it says more to me that these individuals are bent on dwelling in their suffering. Where out in the regular world they should be able to get on mostly unnoticed. But in the military it'd where they just cant. There's a bunch of people around them that not noticing them isn't even possible. If they live to not get bullied then why force themselves into peoples lives like this proposition hopelessly ensures.

Sadly, we humans tend to be self-destructive in ways even far more complex than this (although this is rather unique by many metrics). So lets not act like we're not an 'insane species' by nature. So many of us are a total mess. And honestly I'm quite worried about the mental health of transgendered whom insist on putting themselves thru all this military angle. Seems to me of all of them the ones with the most mental issues would be this lot.

Well if that tweet is true, I am very happy with that statement, no because I have something against transgender but because I do not agree that the tax payer should pay for medical cost of sex change, when that is a personal choice.

Darn I was a military wife for 20 years until my husband retired and if I wasn't allowed to have cosmetic surgery while using military medical facilities or doctors at the expenses of the tax payer then no body should.

Sex change doesn't stop when you have your surgery is a procedure that will have to be maintained for life.

No tax payer should be forced to pay for it.

You just said what I was thinking: "if that tweet is true"

Is it just me, or does the length, grammar and sentence structure of that tweet seem like someone else's writing, not Trump's normal style?

I'm seeing articles in the news that Trump is defending his comments, but are they authentically his or just a shiny, hot button object to draw our attention over THERE, instead of over HERE?

It doesn't have to make sense to you. What should make sense is that we let people be free to do what they want if they meet the requirements.

What if they're just patriotic people who want to serve their country? If they're qualified (pass the tests, meet the standards, etc.), why shouldn't we let them serve?

That's all I'm saying.

I wish people would cool. Of course Trump is bringing it up to score political points, I don't think he personally gives a #%&@ about LGBT rights one way or another. But you can still argue that going through various treatments would interfere with a soldier's combat readiness, etc, etc. It has to be an intense process.

On the other hand; someone who's already been through it and passes the physical and psychological tests? They should definitely be allowed to serve. Kind of you like wouldn't recruit a pregnant woman, but once that whole situation is resolved, then no problem. As long as she passes like everyone else (no pun intended).

I also don't get the talk about genetics and two sexes. Are you all suddenly, immediately gonna be OK with this the day science figures out how to change chromosomes? Stop arguing semantics, ultimately the job of medical science is to heal people and improve their lives, not to cater to your world view, whatever it may be. Some women actually have two x-chromosomes, even though they look like your average woman in every way. Do you think those people should turn into guys, then?

One question. Why not?

9 billion for active military
49 billion for all defense dept and only between 2.4 and 8.4 million on sexual reassignment and subsequent hormone therapies.
That's a drop in the bucket of their military budget.

Totally different things - unless you liken transgenderism to sexual arousal after all?

Viagra is a non invasive medical condition that has no impact on a soldiers ability to serve.
A sex change operation is completely unnecessary and renders a soldier unable to actually do their job for 300 days (at least).

Some people just like to push themselves, like a challenge. Modern life can feel weird, people aren't really designed to be so safe and have everything so easily provided for them. And the they're are few places like the army, it's unique experience, with the camaraderie and all the hardships, stuff that you hate in the moment, but when you look back you're glad you did it.
