Universal healthcare does not lead to a Fascist Dictatorship.

Though adopting America's ridiculous system of giving masses of cash to corrupt corporations sure as hell leads to an oligarchical corporate dictatorship.


You can make that quite reasonable argument all day and all night and yet you'll not get people educated by our federally-run public school systems to understand it. Whether it is the system or the drugs being given to the children at the insistence of the system....something is impinging on their abilities to think critically. THAT issue is the biggest difference I saw in those who were home schooled and those from the public system of education. Public school students can easily recite back facts but when asked for conclusions drawn from the facts their eyes glaze over. Home schooled students are more likely to hesitate and think for a few moments and come up with some conclusions.

That's why I say that our only hope as a nation is going to depend mainly on home schooled people.

Some issues need to be left to the states for a multitude of reasons.

Yeah and I think one of the reasons it got poorer is because of this international bidding war we're currently in when it comes to corporate tax rates.

Everybody wants to attract jobs & business away from other countries and to their own by lowering their corporate tax rates and in some cases offering total abatements, which leaves the host nation and it's tax paying public in a mad race to the bottom of the poverty pit while multinational corporations laugh all the way to the bank depository.

I could care less about politics.

The only aspect of this healthcare debate that is relevant is if I am being FORCED to participate in a something against my will. My only real politics is personal liberty and anyone forcing me to do something is my enemy.

I don't understand why people don't get that forcing others to participate in their healthcare scheme is evil.

No........walking into an elementary school and gunning down children is evil.

Forcing you to participate in universal healthcare is just simply making sure that you pay your fair share, because sooner or later you're gonna need it too.

Anything you want to do is fine with me as long as it is optional and I am not forced to participate. Otherwise, who the hell are you to tell me what I have to do and what I have to pay?
