Nice thing is white people with guns are typically very, very reserved and even tempered. It take a LOT to push them over the edge. But when they do go Watch Out!

With this WHITE woman getting killed... whatever. That officer should have never been on the street. I am sure there were more signs he was unstable..... probably covered up. Hence the resignations. Bad leadership typically leads to bad street soldiers (cops). And there is a lot of bad leadership out there in LE.

Nope it started to form after Trayvon..and my agenda is to stop LEO from treating random citizens as criminals, this have personal reasons for me as I have male family members on their way to classes, pulled over for no reason on multiple occasions.. The youngest one I am most concerned with, hoping he'll not snap and be a participant in his own death.

I certainly think it is unfortunate your family is profiled and harassed by police and it something I certainly would not want to be subjected too. In saying that if you know certain actions in the presence of police will likely result in your death and you resort to such actions anyway then the responsibility is on you. Might not be fair and might not be justified but it is what it is.

hey, i am not a big fan of LE either but you better treat them with respect wether you think they deserve it or not.

personally i stay away from them. They are flawed people with really crappy jobs and typically in a bad mood for what they have to deal with....politics, criminal element, sedentary, other jackass LE, home life etc. etc. They are not superhuman. Many are low educated formally and low skilled in terms of knowing law and executing duties.

i feel for them though. The job is basically impossible to do perfectly. too many changing variables all the time. very high turnover rate. One mistake in a critical situation and they could get killed.

As I said i just leave them alone. They have enough problems. When I do pass them I just give them a smile and nod. maybe they wont think everyone in the world hates them. But hey i am a nice guy. I even like many black people! talk to them and everything!

Do I trust cops.... Hell no. Why would I trust anyone I dont even know?

I would have been a horrible cop. I would just follow pedophiles and plant evidence in my spare time LOL. And again....I am a nice guy. I am sure there are some horrible cops out there... just steer clear of them. its not hard if you dont get into trouble. if your a minority and think your being targeted.... be nice.

Most of these shoots are pretty reasonable IMO if the story is accurate. This one though is just over the top. You know something really stinks when people start resigning this fast. This white blond pajama wearing woman was just shot. No warning. Horrible judgement on the officers behalf. He is going to go down for this black or not. He should have been all over the news right away saying he screwed up BIGTIME. Instead they went into operation spin/coverup. its pretty jacked up. Bad leadership giving awful directives.

Nope participated, was good, being manhandled on multiple occasions, is grating as hell i doubt you or your male family members is expected to be meek and subservient every freak time , pulling away , yelling or walking away, will give that cop an excuse to shot him, he certainly won't be responsible for shooting himself.. Just let him go to school.

Look the cop most definitely should be locked up , no disagreement here, just want folks to take what we have been saying for a very longtime more seriously and with the same sense of urgency, it shouldn't take the tragic death of a white female for folks to finally wake up to the fact that we have a problem with how LEO go about it's business.

My family members are well mannered,

Please don't get me wrong, I agree with you but I'll take this wider outrage over none at all because it needed to happen and it needed a trigger point in order to tip into this territory - not to appear insensitive to the poor woman who was murdered that brought it about.

Horrible as it is, now that people can see this is not a racist thing but an institutionalized and systemic problem and not only that but a dire one which require immediate addressing, something may actually be done.

I do get that it's racist in that it took a white woman to be murdered by a cop to cause this outrage in particular sections of the community, though. I just honestly don't care that it is and think the best bet is to seize the situation and make serious demands for change.

good luck. you need to figure out a way to take the politics out of police work along with the federal government. not going to happen. This is a movement and not by us. They take situations like this and make these departments more political.
