I also believe the other woman mentioned, Christina Miner, could be worth some digging around on. She seems heavily entrenched with Clintons State Department and either favors or money being granted. She also seems to have a very obscured position(s) within the State Dept for years with a GS-15 paygrade as of 2014 which places her in the top 4% for pay in this arena.

Browder can be directly linked to Natalia and Anatoli as well. They met at a press conference on 29th april 2016. For some reason Browder even snapped a photo of Natalias house on the 6th of june 2016. Valid visas seemed to not matter in 2016.
