The only Russian collusion is with McCain, the DNC with Fustian GPS and the Steele Dossier which used Russian Intel and Kremlin officials and diplomats as sources . It's all right there in the open.

The only reason there's a collusion investigation is bc of the politically compromised Obama FBI with Comey following order from the Obama DOJ.

Russia hacking is a separate incident and it's questionable the DNC was even hacked by Russia.

The Trump Russia connection was concocted by the Hillary campaign as seen in the wiki leaks email. With the propaganda media following DNC narratives, also proven in wiki leaks.

It was initially to have Trump drop out of the campaign but morphed and shifted as Trump won the election to something to impeach him on. It was also the best " dog ate my homework" excuse for Hillary's loss.
