I wish to post in the research forum and lack the necessary access. Please advise.

Ros

Entry usually requires the sacrifice of a small goat.

If you are in need of a small goat. We maybe be able to strike up a little deal for a 3legged giraffe. Just let me know and we can send him to you.

The deal will be off if the giraffe has any matching spots.

Apparently, but not sure where else to post this:

I am seeking resources and research on civil and class action lawsuits against an ISP for failure to provide the minimal obligations of service to a customer.

What rights/expectations does a customer/consumer have based on signed contract of service.

What legal options are available once other resources are exhausted (i.e. FCC and attorney general complaints)

What documents should be requested from said ISP (drops, time outs, existing complaints, resolutions (or lack thereof).

Anyone with an interest or legal experience please U2U me.

Kind Regards,
Ros

Interestingly enough you came to mind.

Well I would need 7 three legged giraffes and/or 3 seven legged giraffes.

Its all about the "numbers" don't you know.

The part most people don't pay attention to is, they say the speed will be "up to" X amount. Ever notice that? They advertise a speed of say, 50 mb per second, but they also include the "up to" 50. That way they can say they didn't promise a certain speed, unless your contract specifically says a guaranteed amount.

The issue is my area is over saturated with customers (using a repeater just to give our area service) and they have not upgraded to fiber optics. The technicians complain about this but the company won't address the issue.
