Insurance companies are making billions fleecing off the public. This is unacceptable.

www.nbcnews.com...

Millions of people are no longer able to afford insurance. This is unacceptable.

Russia has single payer universal coverage. It's time for the US to go the Russian way and ditch insurance companies. And ASAP, for the benefit of everyone.

Russian women are hot. Russian social services are excellent. Russia has many strong points the US does not have. Countries trade goods based on comparative advantage. Countries can also learn strong points from each other.

It's my understanding the AHCA (obama stuff) can not legally be stopped.
Why the people in charge in making the AHCA didn't go to Japan and see how its health care works, is totally unbelievable. No deductables, 20% you pay and the cost are reasonable. My hospital visit is usually around 480 yen to visit the doc and the medication is about 400 something yen for 2 months. Yes, it is true, the govt sets the prices, they do so because they haven't been bought out by greedy men. It's not perfect, but I do know that child birth is not covered by the national insurance, why, I have no idea.

Here is a very negative article on Russian healthcare. Do you have a positive one to counter it?

"Russia state hospitals and clinics are in a tragic condition, especially in the provinces,” says Gennady Gudkov, an opposition politician and retired KGB colonel. “There is outdated and often nonfunctioning equipment, a lack of medicines and hospital beds, and a shortage of medical specialists. The families of patients are often forced to bring them food. Trump is very wrong if he thinks Putin cares about the Russian people—he only cares about making his friends richer at the expense of the national budget.”

I can't say I'm surprised, it's been all over the news for months and ATS has become an agenda pusher for the MSM and their narrative. Anything the MSM says or does is sure to be on this site within minutes. Sad but true.

Russia isn't the only country out there with Single payer. The issue is that the insurance companies are making it very difficult for those that aren't rich. Going a step further, the insurance companies make it difficult for the physicians and specialists as well...what with malpractice premiums that cost more than most American citizens make in a year.

Newfound love ? Or respect that should have been there ,and was till Obama , since the Reagan days? With Bill Clinton praising Bush for his ending of the Cold War in Bill's Inauguration speech ? Who furthered Russia-US relation .
*GASP* a Democrat , Hard to swallow , huh ?
You have to be kidding , right ?
Or sarcastic ?
Or one of the ignorant folks still living in the 50s 60s and 70s ?

And what is wrong about a possible better Health Care system ? No matter what country .
I dont usually agree with the OP , and I think the OP would be the first to state that .
Yet , it is the truth.

I noticed this, i find most articles on other news sites before ats. Ats seems to have turned into a complete social mud pit. People often post outrageous claims now like that troll that claims America and Australia are torturing him cuz hes gay, pfffft.

Let's not forget that the insurance co's need to pay out 80% in medical procedures or refund the insurance "customers".

The Hospitals charge more, the insurance charges more, they don't care what the costs are. They just raise premiums.

It is a combo of very expensive Hospitals-Medical charges that have to be paid. Then the insurance needs to pay and raises premiums. Simple as that.

Using porn as a stance on freedom, is like using Sh!t as a stance on Feed the Hungry. Porn does nothing but degrade society.

No, there's a likely a lot of Russians on ATS.

The "Russia love factor" is directly proportional to the damaging news stories involving Trump and Russia. Both Trump Sr. and now Trump Jr (who just hired a mob boss attorney with RICO case experience) have been hit hard lately.

Distract! Distract!

The party off Reagan suddenly in love with Russia. Damn dude, just...wow.
