I don't think I would like sour cream on eggs. I put it in pancakes all the time. Good sour cream also makes cakes taste better and I also use a little bit to make frostings taste better. None of that stuff with carangeenan in it though, that stuff tastes fake.

I don't like ketchup on eggs either.

This one, not so much...

The result is a pile of mush...

Probably the one time i cringed at his food... and something so simple

I do use a bit of sour cream in deviled eggs though ... that's wicked good. I thank Serious Eats for that tip.

Try it once man. I really had to nerve myself up to try it because it seems like they don't go and I associate sour cream with stuff like chicken salad and Mexican food. But I'm glad I did.
