I would respond saying there are different types of love ... and the romantic love mommy has for daddy is what created him/her because that is how God chose to create life in many species. Male and female romantic love is how procreation was intended.

I know that sounds ultra conservative but I won't apologize for answering a child's question with what I see as honesty.

You have made that claim again. Where is the evidence of this "social engineering"? Where is the evidence that the parents are deliberately trying to confuse children (which btw would get the attention of CPS anyway).
Yes you hare having trouble understanding. It is the persistence that is the issue. It is not something out of blue. In fact most parents tried to straighten their children with gender dysphoria only to fail.

Really? You are going to get into hormones with a 5 year old? And yes, the love two mommies have for each other is the same as a mommy and a daddy. Both love each other, and both love their kids with all their hearts, and that's all a 5 year old needs to know to understand it.

You want evidence? Open your eyes, turn on your TV and look outside your window. But of course you can't be blind, or be a victim of it, in order to know what to look for or recognize it.
