RAMALLAH (CNN) -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is meeting Palestinian leaders in the West Bank as the Middle East peace process moves
toward a possible ceasefire.
The meeting comes just a day ahead of a scheduled summit in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt -- the highest-level meeting between Israelis and Palestinians in
more than four years.
As Rice meets with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, she is bringing a pair of proposals with her, according to CNN's Guy Raz.
