Can you provide the tweet where he made the claim the Polish First Lady would not shake his hand?

They clearly edit the video to stop it before she shakes Trumps hand, definitely fake news. All the tweets on the video love her for dissing Trump .. when she never did.

#FakeNewsNetwork

Yep - pretty clear.

Nope. The President of Poland clearly stated that reports that there was no handshake were incorrect and that we should fight fake news. Contrary to your poor attempt to make this about me, this is being reported in the news outlets linked and in the words of the President of Poland himself.

And I've asked you t oshow me where CNN has reported there was no handshake.

Please provide that link.

Your continued obfuscation whenever your main source of inspiration - CNN - is called out is both obvious and amusing.

Unless you can provide a link or quote, it appears you are lying.

Already done. A CNN reporter retweeting a video (along with his excited schoolgirl reaction) that was cut to drive a fake narrative, which has now been corrected by the President of Poland (amongst others)

But was it CNN that did this or just someone that works for CNN on his private twitter

There is a difference.....

I'm not a fan of CNN I can't even tell you the last time I watched them, however in the interest of objectivity I think outlining the difference here is pertinent....
It was someone on their twitter with CNN in the name, representing CNN. If and when CNN reprimands them for this, we can say CNN does not support it, but until they do he is acting as their agent.

Edited, yes, but not fake.

It becomes fake news when the edit is done to create a fake narrative and make people believe something occurred that did not occur.

It becomes CNN pushing fake news when they retweet it with the intention of spreading the false narrative. Them creating it is irrelevant, they pushed it.

If I met you and your partner and I wasn't looking in your direction at the moment you shook my partners hand so I decided to shake your partners hand first, after which I shake your hand. Does that mean I rejected your hand shake ? Did you watch more than the 2 seconds the video goes on for ? And if someone captured "our" handshake on video but edited out the part where I shook your hand, then claimed I rejected to shake your hand. What would be your thoughts on that ? Further, if a journalist posted an edited video an commented oh my god like some kardashian that broke a nail, isn't that pushing a narrative ? Mate i don't know if your genuinely blind or genuinely ignorant. For the first time in my life Im wishing blindness upon a fellow human. Spec savers man. a reply to: introvert

It becomes fake news when the edit is done to create a fake narrative and make people believe something occurred that did not occur

But it did occur. That's the problem.

It becomes CNN pushing fake news when they retweet it with the intention of spreading the false narrative. Them creating it is irrelevant, they pushed it.

If it wasn't fake how can it be fake?

Also, how do you know one man's intent?

Your playing stupid now. You know he meant the video is a fake narrative, the oh my god was pushing that fake narrative. No time for people that pretend to be stupid. Goodbye a reply to: introvert

Except it didn't. If you want to support a false narrative that's on you. I support truth, not lies through selective editing.

OMG only implies shock at her passing over the President's handshake, which did occur.

What you are others, like the OP, are doing is creating your own idea of what Cillizza's intent was.

This is fake news in and of itself. CNN did not say or do as implied.

Everyone knows the intent of these tweets and stories., discredit trump and show now world leader respects him.

That's a logical fallacy.

Why else would he say omg and post a link?

Because the Polish first lady does pass over Trump's hand and goes to Melania. She then shakes Trump's hand. Lot's of news outlets reported on it and it's not fake news.

It actually happened.

I agree but obviously this is click bate yet again from CNN and wasn't meant to be rude gesture to trump. Also feel cnn knows this wasn't a rude gesture but just can't help misleading their viewers

Of course he does... but it's his usual obfuscation to drive the discussion away from the thread topic in order to provide some cover for the liberal agenda against the President. He's well known for it on ATS.

Nice ad hom. Can't actually prove what you claim so you have to make a personal attack.

Again, you created fake news.

It was one man from CNN that posted a tweet of an event that actually occurred. They did not imply anything else and misled no one.
