Why would you think that much less write it?

How absurd. No one thinks that and only a crazy person would cheer.
Funny it came to your mind...

He is actually a hired assassin that is getting eight hundred bucks for offing someone.

You know what they say. If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

No we're not. Those people were crazy zealots not part of any mainstream group.
You really need to stop trying to put people in little boxes and assuming they're all the same.
It's not smart. Or fair for that matter.

They want us to believe this guy is a lunatic. He is actually a hired assassin that is getting eight hundred bucks for offing someone. Trouble is it appears the person isn't there, not really smart. He believed he could convince the secret service he was not a threat.

$800.00?
What did he lose a bet or something? I mean who's going to risk going to jail for $800.00 bucks?

Hired assassin from Craig's list where everything is cheaper. Or deal dash. Gets you great discounted merchandise.

Where did you come up with this theory?

Its a damned good thing this fellow was captured before he could do anything rash... Well, more rash than entering a relatively heavily defended building, full of security cameras, security personnel, secret service members and such like anyway.

Throwing knives as a weapon of choice for pretty much ANY endeavour in such a scenario ought to be a dead giveaway that if this individual was serious about causing harm, he was clearly unhinged when planning his attack. No one in their right mind would go for throwing knives as their first choice of armament to take on that challenge. A pair of long dirks perhaps, or a rapier, perhaps a katana of some sort, maybe... but not throwing knives, on their own, and nothing more.

Huge reach disadvantage, little penetration power, small points... It does not add up, unless the fellow was a few chips short of a poker game.

Well, they could be tipped in curare. Just sayin.

All that CNN and MSNBC brainwashing is paying off.

Well, evidently the people who hired this guy had a limited budget, so yeah, maybe Craigs list. Darn, contributions are down so these groups have to cut corners somewhere.
