The difference in time might be because you use Central Time Zone but are actually physically closer to Mountain Time Zone?

Ya you could be right... I observed it from about 11:15 until a little past midnight. According to the article the further west the observer then the more daylight the occultation would have occurred in

''Twas big in my scope, I figure 65,000' MSL usually when they're moving, this one was coasting to a stop or stationary....I was thinking of the prophecy of the dragon waiting to devour the child that Virgo is travailing in Rev12, to tell the truth.

Well here's what I'm viewing in Virgo. This is the part about this current info that also has my attention. Extra wow for Me! Annunaki craft? Why not!

Here's Planet X anyhow:

OP great job btw! 👌

Yes i wasn't really concerned with the Moon having passed in front of it but rather that the star itself looks occulted, which could happen if a body in the outer solar system passed in front of it.

As Gamma Virginis is close to the ecliptic, it can be occulted by the Moon and (extremely rarely) by planets. In June 2011, Saturn came within a quarter of a degree from Porrima

You are wrong.

I will go with the others in saying it's a Goa'uld Cargo Ship...

*Sniff* I miss that show.

But yeah, you are most likely correct.

Edit: Damnit, knew the Photos of Clouds dude would post >_>

Lunar occultations of stars and planets can be predicted well ahead of time, and are popular with amateur astronomers. So, having looked around on Youtube, it's no wonder someone already posted it: www.youtube.com...

(It's obviously a timelapse)

That is awesome, nice find! I look forward to making some better quality time lapses such as that one.

Confirmed: Occultation of Gamma Virginis aka Porrima.

She is beautiful.

Mine was big......almost a quarter degree.....a little less

Editt....got the Armasight....ing out for a scan, that's too familiar a shape.....standby one.....lets see what shows.....doesn't take but two minutes to scan with an Armasight Zeus

If this were something in space you wouldn't be picking it up with a thermal rifle scope...

Your wonderful cover image is a representation of a tetrahedron. Not a triangle. Triangles are only bi-dimensional.
