CO2 has never been classified as a pollutant by any nation before 2009 when America became the first to do so. CO2 is a key ingredient of life. Plants take in CO2 for photosynthesis and produce O2. Animals take in O2 to break down food into chemical energy and produce CO2. Without CO2, there is no life. Burning fossil fuels does not add extra CO2 into the air. Long time ago, there was more CO2 in the air. As plants got buried and fossilized without being returned to the air by bacteria, CO2 in the air decreased. Burning fossil fuels restores the buried CO2 back to the air. It's not like people take C from somewhere and O2 from somewhere and do something fancy to make CO2 out of them and put into air. People are merely correcting nature's flaw by returning the CO2 that once existed in the air back to air. Obama is wrong. CO2 is not a pollutant. If it were, every person would be a source of pollution. That's absurd. Obama is wrong to try to reduce CO2 in air.

The reason CO2 needs to be a controlled emission is because it is a GREEHOUSE GAS

What that means is that CO2 in our atmosphere absorbs the long wave radiation that bounces off the earth and back out and KEEPS IT HERE.. acting like.. a GREENHOUSE.. thus heating up the planet.

Basic Environmental Science

and yes, I have a certificate form a University in Environmental Science so I know what Im talking about.

Tell me about all the predictions that were made by Environmental Scientists and how accurate they were.

Says who? How does CO2 cause global warming? Back then when there weren't fossils Earth didn't burn up. There is no evidence more CO2 causes warming.

Nature has flaw. The life cycle is not supposed to produce fossils.

What exactly leads you to this conclusion? Permineralization is a natural process just like breathing and dying.

Dead things are supposed to be broken down by bacteria and recycled.

And that's exactly what happens during permineralization. Bacteria eats the soft tissue, the hard tissue is slowly replaced over time. To imply otherwise is intellectually dishonest.

Fossils are not recycled.

The part that is left over? No, because all of the organic material has been recycled and replaced.

It is up to people to burn fossil fuels to return CO2 back to air. Or else, over time, less and less Co2 means no more plants and no more life on Earth.

So how did atmospheric cycles occur prior to Homo Sapiens Sapiens begging its oath towards industrializing? Based on isotopic analysis, it would seem that the atmosphere was doing just fine on its own without human intervention. Your making a lot of statements as though they are fact but haven't supported any of them with anything but anecdote.
