I guess Buzz wasn't happy the space program was literally shut down after he and the others risked it all to reach the moon. He was probably all shook up to hear that announcement. He will die knowing his legacy has been picked up and will be carried on. Best thing I can think of, lol.

I can not judge what is going on in his mind but he does look very uncomfortable, a little scared, incredulous and also at time's a little angry but there is something behind his expression's as well as making it look like he is humoring trump it also look's like he does not like trump at all.
That aside he is privy to knowledge that perhaps Trump has not been informed of due to all that compartmentalization of the US government after WW2.
A psychologist may be able to make something intelligible of his reaction's.

Personally though I do hope the US does get back into space, China and Russia certainly are and if the US does not then they will surely fall behind and no longer be the leader of any part of the world.

You do realize this is not a continuous clip, right? It very clearly has been spliced together so I sincerely hope you are not trying to obtain any information from this other than the Aldrin facial expressions. Considering the times, though, it would not surprise me in the least.
