Hopefully, BLM will be added to that list shortly.

If you see a listed terrorist organization rallying, are you allowed to shoot at them?

If so, this could get interesting really quickly.

F em. Their message isnt even about a tyrannical government model. Its purely about ideology and persecuting their fellow citizens for not thinking like they do.

At least in the NJ it certainly lifts the restraints from LEO's on how they treat them I would imagine? I am not advocating at this point for private citizens to go out on head hunts for them unless of course they are attacked and feel that their life is in danger?

Now they need to go after Soros for funding them.

Not really... They still have full legal protection.

I gotta say, their choice of attire is terrible, doesn't help their identity at all. I know they wanted to look like cool rebel freedom fighters, but they instead look like a bunch of terrorists.

Oh wait..

OK so what about freedom of speech and expression?

I don't like ANTIFA. I think they are fascist, Marxist, and basically moronic to a degree unseen for decades. They are the antithesis of freedom, free expression.

That being said, I don't like any government agency labeling groups.

I don't think it serves any other purpose other than denying free expression even to groups that abhor free expression.

We saw enough of that during the Obama era when anyone who was for lower taxes, smaller government, was labeled as "anti-American".

I was referring to all the incidents we have witnessed on the police standing down while watching ANTIFA assaulting others and destroying property. Of course the still have full legal protection by law.

As far as Soros? Yea, you would think that would be the next logical step. Go after who is funding them.

Freedom of speech doesn't include violence and destruction does it?

Then I guess start calling ALL protesters terrorists. Because they have the potential to do harm as well.

They are allowed to make all the signs they want with their message written on them.
But they are not allowed to hit people with their signs.

They are free to preach all day about their domestic terrorism. They just have to deal with more consequences now, though.
Good times.

It does place a spectre of doubt int he minds of those that support them monetarily. It puts them now into the crosshairs for IRS investigation, indictment, and potential forfeiture of money for funding a known terrorist group. In addition, it will prevent them from getting a permit to protest, so if seen protesting, it is an immediate arrest situation, no questions asked.

I say, anyone showing up with their face covered is an ANTIFA supporter and should be taken in, booked, and fined heavily. With the funds drying up, it will have a very chilling affect on the organization.

Yes ALL protesters that resort to violence and intimidation are domestic terrorists.

Then arrest those people based on their individual actions. Not the groups actions.
