If Earnest Hemingway were to write a biographical novel about Mario Andretti and Mario Andretti Jr., what would the title be.

Well for a start Hemingway would write the preface "I should be so lucky" as he is dead and he would have to be alive to write it.
Well the title would be "how I BS my way into being called the worlds best F1 driver" and his sons title "how our father lined our nests in F1".
Seriously the top man was and is Juan Manuel Fangio. New list of top drivers in the world and Andretti don't come in the top 10. What about Al Unser?

However Nothin, after reading your guess, I had a vague recollection of having heard of the Hemingway Raceway so I looked it up. Yep. So your guess was true to the spirit of the pun. Using related references juxtaposing the two different names from two different contexts, drawing a new context for the joke. Fine job.
