How incredibly sad. I've seen this building for years though.

Attacks on the Left
Attacks on Academia
Attacks on Science
Attacks on the Media
Attacks on non European cultures

It's a video any DAESH operative would be proud of.

Those are drop in the bucket compared to leftist attacks on anything and everything they disagree with.

And some have the nerve to call others "fascist".

This VIDEO is literally number three:

The 14 Characteristics of Fascism

Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial , ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.

You might want to locate the correct video and add it to the OP, because the NRA video doesn't match what you are talking about.

great add. Sad that it's true, and really makes you think about how far the left has gone. It seems the NRA is looking for money with this add. I'm not sure what your beef with it is, other than it likely hits a bit close to home.

It's not the LEFT that has moved. It's the RIGHT. Starting with the TEA PARTY the right shifted and became more militant and Orthodox. The OVERTON WINDOW (of what's "normal") shifted WITH them:

I know right? those right wingers always protesting, burning stores, looting, hitting people with bike locks. Oh wait, that wasn't the right, well, nevermind.

I see nothing wrong.

The left started a resistance...the NRA will help me protect myself from them.

Go Dana!

No. The NRA will take your money and you will still be alone to protect yourself.

NRA is a fraud and should be avoided by anyone that advocates for the freedom to exercise the 2nd amendment.

Are PICKET signs and PINK hats so TERRIFYING? Maybe the LEFT is terrified of the AMERICAN TALIBAN *cough cough* If the conservatives have the GUNS...why are they SO terrified???

Did you miss the broken windows, fires, and freeway marches? Conservatives are not terrified; they are DISGUSTED.

Love Trumps Hate. I wonder if the modern liberal lobby realised the hilariously ironic double meaning in that statement when it is spoken.

What's the matter? Your hoped for echo chamber of support not quite what you wanted?

Sorry, I am about that. Better luck next time.

The NRA is all about protecting a Constitutionally protected right. I'll leave it to you to figure out which one.

The NRA does, every now and then, go off the rail. Sorry to say, this isn't one of those times.

Counter-terrorism experts, eh? They're doin' such a bang up job, aren't they? I wonder why she's a former CIA counter-terrorism expert?? Hmmm...

Funny, I missed your equally disgusted thread on how Loretta lynch called for more marching, blood and death on the streets, you didn't forget about that, did you?

More selective outrage.

Tell me, how many NRA members have broken shop windows, looted, marched on freeways to stop traffic, called for assassination of the President, or shot someone with their millions of guns lately? Did that just accidentally not make the news or something? Because the answer is: ZERO.

Ummm...Shhhh...you just destroyed his narrative...

Totally blew it away...

On a side note...how was your trip to Yosemite in that sweet Vette...?

The NRA does what it does, which is point out to it's members issues that may be arising that may endanger the 2nd amendment. They also do many things at a grassroots level in conjunction with various hunters groups such as Ducks Unlimited, etc... I even, once-and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it-them working in conjunction with a local Sierra Club project. Sierra Club and the NRA...truly an odd couple. I don't recall what the issue was, a local wet land recovery issue...I think.

They do a lot more than shill in DC.

I LOVE how on SOME days liberals are "diry, lazy effeminate wussies!" THEN on OTHER days liberals are "rabid, VIOLENT murderous EXTREMISTS"...

Whatever SUITS their AGENDA for the day, and can justify their hate towards progressives...

He didn't forget. He's hoping we did. Oops.

They've not figured out, just yet--though I hold out some hope--that a less strident voice would be more effective, not to mention a more well-rounded view.

Of course, the same may be said for some of the more strident right wing voices, as well.

Speaking as one who attempts to take a middle path...most of the time.

It has been my experience that the majority of their efforts go towards protecting or benefiting firearms dealers and manufactures.

Some of it, indeed does. Not arguing that.

However, they do many other things, as well, at the local levels where any good organization should do the majority of its work.

Often, I've had issues with the NRA at the national level. Never at the local.

I guess it all depends upon where you're looking. Over all, the good far outweighs the bad, my humble opinion, of course.

He's too busy with his special formatting style to realize the irony.

It takes a lot of effort, I would know, and how he does it consistently.. mind blown
