Yeah Rick and Morty gets pretty vulgar but it also digs deep into very intellectual territory especially the philosophy of existentialism. Also It goes pretty far to explore a lot of scifi concepts. If it was just another vulgar cartoon I wouldn't give it the time of day but it's not. I would go so far as to say it is one of the most intelligent animated series I have seen despite it seeming vulgarity.

But you know the saying different strokes for different folks.
