Sorry my mother was abused by my father, I will NEVER forget trumps exes account of him RIPPING her hair out while violating her and her locking herself in the bathroom until the next morning, when he then asked her "does it hurt. This is not okay with me. It never will be. The fact trump supporters don't give a damn is frankly sickening.

Turn off the "news" (entertainment/entrainment)
Be good to people in your life and online
Listen when somone else speaks, consider their point and respond to it as if you like the other person
Only then make a counter point.

I would assume, because of your post, that you believe you possess
these qualities--I certainly wish I did. But the truth is that no one can
