More likely than not, you have heard of the German explorations and claims in the Arctic regions, an area dubbed as "Neuscwabenland" (excuse spelling if need be, I'm not German) in particular. Theres alot going around about secret nazi bases, hollow earth, extra-terrestrials, and the likes. And, quite frankly I know all of it can't be true, so I'm not sure what to make of it. There is an area of Antarctica known as Neuswabenland, it's in my atlas. But whats there? Endless snow and rock formations... Or something more?
Nazi U-boats were abnormally active around South America, the southern portion of it to be more precise... not far from Antarctica at all. There are also reports from the 3rd Reich of military personell and laborors being sent to Antarctica (I think anyway, it's been a while since I've done any research on the matter). And then there's the disappearence of literally thousands of Hitler's best men at the close of the War. Most were probably killed, granted... but what if something else became of them? There was a man named Richard Byrd, who at one time was quite famous here in the U.S. He was in command of a relitevely large "expeditionary force" destined for Antrarctica. He was the first man to publically fly over the South Pole. There are rumors about what exactly happened to him there at the pole, which is where I start doubting. However, not long after this, his military career ended and he was commited to a mental assylum never to be heard from again. Or so it goes. Not long ago I talked with the commander of the Greensboro, NC division of NSM (National Socialist Movement) and he told me they were producing a video regarding the nazi base in Antarctica and German "UFO's" among other things. He said he would mail me a copy, but I was'nt in the mindset to continue any further conversations. He said that nazism was dead and buried, but that I was about to witness the re-birth, or something like that. It's sad how hate and intolerance can generate such stupidy. Or would it be more appropriate to say how ignorance can generate such hate and intolerance? Either way, I think I've gotten my point across.
What do you think about all this? If there was indeed a nazi outpost in Antarctica, what do you suppose became of it? Was it wiped out by Byrd's "expeditionary force" or were Byrd's men beaten back with help of the superior weapons of the nazi's, as some people beleive. Or, theres the possibility of all of this being a load of bull, making us concentrate on something else instead of issues we would otherwise be obsessed with? So many questions, so little answers. Thats life for ya.
