This is an interesting development, if true. Targeting should still be done with cooperation to prevent any unnecessary conflicts between the US and Russia or any other states attacking the beasts of ISIS.

Seems like they're tired of the silly air games...So they went the safer for their side route and lobbed a bunch of missiles at them. As long as they're hitting ISIS good for them!
