It seems like none of the ANG or regular unites are available to recover the remains of the air frame and the USAF is looking to hire an private firm www.thedrive.com...

According to the AIB report one of the four onboard "navigators" failed, and the aircraft didn't detect the failure. The aircraft eventually rolled over almost inverted, and exceeded its maximum airspeed and broke up before impact.

The aircraft departed Edwards on a ferry flight to Beale. After takeoff two of the four onboard navigators were disabled, per SOP under normal operations.

Sounds like some bug hunting is to be done if the computers didnt pick up the error.
