I'm thankful that I got to serve with men like these and have witnessed the heroism of these men. Operators like these are a rare breed of human being with a willpower and conviction in their actions that no other people possess.

This little girl was hiding in a pile of corpses killed by ISIS members just before the unit entered the area.

I hope she gets the help she needs.

Watching this I can't help but remember that Isis was created in part by the actions of the US, the west , and other countries.
That if not for nation building and religious nonsense that little girls family would still be alive. BUT.....

The 3 humans in that video are living in that moment. Those 3 are not a part of the evils that created the situation. The only thing on their minds is that they must save the child. That is a true hero. To not care about why or how it happen to simple know that you must risk your life for an innocent , that is truly human. We do need to see more videos like this here on ats both from war zones and in civilian life.

It probably was. In many instances, where ever SF is, there you will find SAS.
