Whatever it is, real or not, certainly gives that impression!

Really wish I had the photo software I used to, to be able to look ore closely at pics like that. Have to get that replaced one of these days!!

A palm? Shape seems a little off for that, but then, if manipulated, who knows? You can do some wild things with good photo software.

A jacket? Like, blowing in the wind? Maybe. Hard to say, of course, which is why it's fun to speculate! I can well believe nasty things could collect in places where something bad is going to happen, but I am not sure they could be caught on camera. So, speculation only from me!!

As best I can tell, there were two photos taken, and they were taken after the attacks. Even so, something evil could be attracted to the location. The second pic can be seen here, along with some details about the photos. I hadn't seen the seconf pic before.

Doesn't look like a buzzard, or other large bird of prey.
