What you describe would be perfection for myself as well,

How would you know ?

A winter home down south so I wouldn't need to worry about the snow and plowing my private road in the winter or mud season.

A way to make my dog stop rolling in game fowl skat.

A longer grow season for my garden.

And an honest woman who is well read with a good sense of humor and similar interests willing to play second fiddle to my layna bear (who will still be sleeping in the bed.....)
