www.politico.com...

So...Comey refused to give them to the investigating committee,
He turns in partials to Mueller his good friend, and now trips his
friend to give them back to the FBI?

His friends Colmbia ties are starting to glow.

Someone else should send the FBI a FOIA request for the alleged memos and see if they get a response. I don't want to have to do it...but I would.

***

Columbia University or Colombia? This is the first I've heard of that connection.

Columbia University...yep same place as Obama.

Apparently all three share an affinity for Reinhold Niebuhr.

spectator.org...

Obama and Comey's friend Daniel Richman both at Columbia.
Richman is a professor there.

ahhhha ha...

Now wait...if Comey gave the memos to a friend...a friend that does not work for the FBI...then the memos were already made public.

Who was this friend? (ETA: Nvm, you already answered that, and I will look into him tomorrow).

The FOIA might mandate the memos be made public if the friend was just a member of the public.

Things just keep getting stranger the more I hear about this FOIA.

Was the friend an attorney? That's the only way I could see that the memos could still be private...IF they exist (attorney-client privilege could be invoked).

But, even if they exist, they are Comey's version of whatever. They are hardly evidence that would pass a reasonable doubt test. Especially since Comey is not a credible man and claimed he didn't trust Trump to tell the truth. He has demonstrated biases that might cause him to lie or make something up.

The memos just seem like a pile of sh*t to me as far as evidence goes. But this situation is very interesting, none-the-less.

At Columbia Daniel Richman is listed as a Professor and advisor to Comey.

Too bad we cant see when that was added, or can we?

Odd his Columbia bio was only first captured at the waybackmachine on June 8.

He is an attorney though...so, attorney-client privilege could be invoked.

Makes me think CNN might not ever see the alleged memos.

ETA: I have to head to bed despite how interesting this is. I will definitely pick it up again tomorrow though.

This is odd since the FBI said they have no record of comey memos. So they can request all they want but there's nothing there.

If this were the case, they would then have responded to the FOIA request that they don't have records responsive to the request.

The issue is that they haven't responded at all, which makes for quite a difference legally.

The FBI can now be sued for a response by CNN and be made to pay the costs if the suit. Not that that is what will happen, but it is within the realm of the possible.

As long as they remind classified CNN can not do a darn thing and neither the court.

Now let see if Mueller have something to do in the matter.

If he is a lap dog for Comey because of conflict of interest base on friendship he can release them in order for the liberal media to feast on them and keep pushing their agenda.

Here we will see the truth intentions of the so call special investigation panel.

Mueller went from 6 to now 12 lawyers for his investigation, most if no all of them known to have links to the Clintons or are known Democrats.

I guess the Clintons owns Mueller after all.

This is something that needs to be questioned.

It sure seems so.

While Comey said he knew that the president could fire
The FBI director at his will, he did not really mean that.

A red herring so to speak.

They can do a lot of things, but will never
be able to crown thier queen.

So AP, and The NYT have also filed FOIA suits for the
"Comey memo's". Oh look, a symbiotic relationship
between the Press and The FBI.

Can't wait to see how this story progresses.

Mueller maybe acting under "Orderz" from the deep Clintons.

They might consider him a "Friend".

Well, Putin did reportedly publicly offer Comey political asylum...should he need it.
