It just continues to amaze me the hate. Then the Trump haters blame the hate on someone they know nothing about. Then, when you try to point out that hate you are a racist, mysiginistic homophobe who has an IQ of 40.

I did not like Obama but I never hated or put down those who voted for him like I see people doing to Trump or anyone who they think voted for him.

Get over yourselves. Last September the pundits made it sound as if by now every transgender, Islamic, or hispanic would be in a concentration camp ready for deportation. If you cannot name one thing Trump has done since the election you are either blinded to the truth or so full of hate you deny it.

If a Trump supporter had shot a sitting US Senator who was black the US would be on fire right now.

I dont hate trump voters.

I understand that most voted for him because the other option was even more vile, hell I wpuld likely have voted for Trump to keep that witch out.

Fact is i still think trump is a baffoon thats done little but make the USA a international laughing stock.

What i do find pathetic is the cultists that I have seen blindly following him like a messiah, ignoring the double standards and hypocrisy of it.

I am actually very happy with Trumps policies and believe he could do even more if Democrats weren't trying to undermine him with bogus investigations and other dirty tactics.

Policies are why I voted for him and why I still support him.

What policys?

Everything is done is blocked, not just by the democrats but even by his own party.

The USA congress is sabotageing him like I always said it would.

Which I would have sympathy for, if he didn't act like such a baffoon via twitter.

I disagree with you OP.

From my observations as a Canadian I think many overlook Trump's personality traits in favor of his policies, which he has tried diligently to put in place.

Trump was voted in because of his policies ... not his personality which was actually a deterrent for many.

This is where I would disagree with you.

Trump at best seems to have Ideas, but not policies. Not in any kind of detail anyway.

He has ideas that he says or things he would like to do, but he hasn't ever explained how he's going to bring those things into existence.

I don't mean just explaining them with other ideas either. I mean like some actual details and number crunching and some hard data on how he'll accomplish these things.

It's always, "We're dong some amazing things", or "Just wait until you see what we're doing" or "We have the smartest people coming up with the best plans on this". Stuff like that. Never any real data to show how it could actually happen or the changes to be made.

There's one word that explains the title of this thread.

"Gullability".

Gullibility is a failure of social intelligence in which a person is easily tricked or manipulated into an ill-advised course of action. It is closely related to credulity, which is the tendency to believe unlikely propositions that are unsupported by evidence.

Been there, done something similar in probably thousands of threads by now. The information is already on the boards.

But, of course, you like to "prevent thousands of words". So even if you have seen the posts in question, I very much doubt that you read them carefully, leave alone gave their contents much cogitative consideration.

matafuchs,

While I commend you for your ability to keep it classy, and avoid hating on people over their having voted for Obama back in the day, it is necessary, to ensure that a false narrative is not developed as a result of people reading your post, to point out that you are in a statistical minority.

People around here were SAVAGE when Obama was first elected, absolutely savage. If you think that Trumps followers are getting special treatment that has no precedent in all of history, you really need to go ahead and read up on Obama's first election win. The hate might not have involved rioting, but there was an awful lot of it. The right were VERY vocal, vitriolic, and tenacious about their distaste for the man, his party, and the people who elected them.

You can deny it if you like, but you cannot do it while telling the truth.

So many threads you carry on abouy how American liberals arent liberals. Perhaps you should make a little crash reference thread for everybody ezplaining what you mean.

I find visual aids helps prevent thousands of words.

...Full of empty and superfluous adjectives too.

I've pretty much stopped reading his self-important & virtue signaling walls of text because there is so little substance and way too much hyperbolic rhetoric.

I stopped reading the word salad when I found it started to induce a type of temporary dyslexia.

A wise move. He has a serious case of verbal dhirorea coupled with a rampant superiority complex.

Basically a communist with some fantasies he states once in a while about locking up business men.

I think the OP is completely missing the point that Trump is the candidate who actually has an agenda based on policies His policies and the changes he wants to make to make this country better are the things that brought voters to him. This was more in spite of his personality than because of it.

When you compare that to the other candidate, whose only policy was that she is a woman who hates the little people and has no concrete plans to help the country, it shows why Trump won.

Please list his policies. Not his promises, but the policies he will implement to achieve his promises. How will he force Mexico to pay for the wall that cannot be built? How will he force Big Coal to replace automation with human workers? How will he force Canada and Mexico to renegotiate NAFTA to their disadvantage? How will he force our NATO allies to spend more on defense? How will he force the Supreme Court to take up his Muslim Ban and rule in his favor when it clearly violates the Constitution? How will he force the media to stop exercising their First Amendment rights? Please be specific.

As for Clinton, her website consisted of countless "white papers" detailing her policies. You would know that if you were inquisitive enough to look. I checked both major candidates out thoroughly and voted third party. If you are an American and voted for Trump, you are responsible for the mess we are now in.

A policy is not a detailed plan. Are you actually asking for policies or the gantt charts and spreadsheets for the Presidents policies?

Either would be a refreshing change.

Sounded like you were asking for details that are rarely if ever given by a President - that isn't his job.
As for policies - over a hundred of them can be found pretty simply in a list with a google search.

Chiefly, his policy seems to be "erase Obama's legacy."

Still unable to articulate a single policy? Here's a clue: Saudi Arabia is a monarchy with a terrible human rights record and a population that supports terrorism. Trump has participated in a ritual with its king and agreed to sell them billions of dollars worth of arms. Cuba is an impoverished socialist country with strong cultural tie to the United States, and Trump is tightening an ineffective fifty year old embargo. What policy unites these two? There are Trump branded hotels in Saudi Arabia and none in Cuba. Since the embargo on Cuba is directed at the tourist economy, it is clearly designed to pressure Havana into allowing Trump into the market. Remember, he ran on his ability to make deals.

Russia has invaded neighboring states and illegally seized Ukrainian territory. As a result it has been embargoed. Canada is a peaceful neighbor with unarmed borders and strong economic ties to the United States. Trump has wanted to lift sanctions against Russia while imposing one on Canada because of government support to forestry. What policy unites these? Hint: how many Canadian lobbyists were involved in Trump's campaign?
