I think that he almost has to "investigate", or the Dems in Congress will cry foul.
This does not mean that he will find anything.

The execs in charge of fake news need a forced attitude adjustment.

Reread the article carefully:

The special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russia’s role in the 2016 election is interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe that now includes an examination of whether President Trump attempted to obstruct justice, officials said.

Even if we assume this is true (a generous assumption), it sounds like they're just interviewing CIA/NSA guys, turning over rocks to see if they can dig something up.

Almost certainly, however, this is just fake news, intended to keep the narrative from dying. It's clear from their subdued reactions that the Democratic leaders know the Russian collusion story is busted.

I think it's about time they start prosecuting all of these DNC anonymous officials/leakers.

Bring back McCarthyism? Typical.
McCarthyism? The hunt for imaginary commies around every corner? This is nothing like that. The head of the FBI leaked details of an ongoing investigation. That is an actual crime. No imaginary bad guys involved. Only actual criminals here and we need to find out who they are.

Trump should allow Mueller to see through any special council for O.O.J - Trump has said he has nothing to hide, and I can tell by his body language, he genuinely believes that so if he fires Mueller, it's not going to look good for Trump.

See through the hearings, come out vindicated. The Prez has many special privileges and he can fire Mueller as he sees fit - but he shouldn't under these circumstances - unfortunately for Trump, he has more of the fire to go through yet.

I refer you to this thread:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Please note that the "anonymous sources" that "leaked" Comey's testimony was Comey himself.

Yeah and the memos were so damning that the media had to alter them. Are you serious with this again? The memos weren't provided to anyone who is important to the investigation that's very telling in my book but please continue following the faux narrative. Don't fall into the rabbit hole though it could blow your mind.

Apparently there are many Trump supporters and people on the Right that openly advocate for war against those that they politically oppose, even if their leader is found to be guilty of a crime.

Can we call them terrorists yet, or just wannabe terrorists?

Waterboarding? Bamboo under the fingernails? What do your freedom and justice loving instincts tell you is the best way to deal with people who disagree with you?

Well why don't you ask the Hillary supporter how they feel. Thanks for playing. Didn't think that through did you?

The Attorney General referred to that yesterday.

He is serious.

Hell yea. They are making # up about him too.

The dnc has already stated that they plan on burying trump under litigation for the next 4 years. This is obstruction of the president's capability to operate and run the country. This is evergreen campus telling the president to go home.

No they didn't. Comey himself said so. You should really pay more attention.

There are plenty of non violent pathways available. Msm executives are hiding lots of things that can be used as leverage.

Well now. Deputy AG said he would not follow any order to fire the Special Counsel unless it was a lawful, well-supported order.

The Special Counsel having no control over his staff and them leaking info on the investigation to the press would be a very lawful, well-supported reason to fire him.

Just keep shooting yourselves in the foot Dems.

*sigh* You really didn't see the irony in your previous post? Hillary and the DNC are also under investigation and her people *resist* all over the place. It's basically the same you genius.

Daniel Coats, the current director of national intelligence, Adm. Mike Rogers, head of the National Security Agency, and Rogers’ recently departed deputy, Richard Ledgett, agreed to be interviewed by Mueller’s investigators as early as this week.

So, the big reveal is... they're interviewing a few more guys, presumably to ask if Trump talked about Comey or Russia or anything.

*Sigh* Typical MSM. 1% info + 99% BS.

Problem is this isnt political opposition. This is classic witch hunting and inquisition......rack them until they confess or give up. This makes the Mac hearings look weak. This is major psyops, abusive bully press, destroy without any evidence but by suggestion and conjecture. 3rd world.
