If Wyden actually thought Sessions violated his recusal there are legal steps he should be taking, which he isn't. So he obviously doesn't actually believe that. Another blatant attempt to mislead the public.

Trust me, if Hillary would have won, the attacks on our election would have been a big deal to the trumpitiers, but because trump won, they say Russia did not affect the elections, that's how that works. It is completely ignorant, but hey so is trump.

Every time D's raise Comey, Sessions raises his "wrong" actions!

The recusal was a one-case matter. Sessions is the AG of the US and continued to run the department and his recusal for a single case does not mean he can't make decisions regarding leadership, so his letter recommending Comey's dismissal was appropriate.

I dont see it, at least not how you are characterizing it. It would still be an issue however I dontt see Republicans whining that it changed the outcome of the election like Dems did. Sessions: Comey had an obligation to inform the DOJ of his concerns regarding his private discussion with the president. He should have raised the concerns to Boente, the Dep. AG.

Of course, we know Comey did not. Begs the question, why?
