There are whisperings in DC that Trump is considering firing mueller.
see this link

I personally hope and think he does it. No positive can come from Mueller, a good friend of Comey, being in charge of this out of design by Comey who was rightfully fired by Trump.

The entertainment value alone would be fantastic. Can you imagine the triggering?

The trump Russia conspiracy has been proven false and therefore a special council is not required. I'm not sure why the FBI would be investigating foreign interference anyway, that should be the prerogative of the NSA and CIA.

Now, before you left wingers get bent out of shape, realize that the president can't be criminally charged by the FBI. So what is the point of the special council? Obviously to give cover to democrats in their smear campaign of Trump. As much as you may like that, it's a waste of FBI resources. You can keep your congressional hearings, the less that actually happens in DC, the better.

Triggering Level = Epic

hahahahahahaha, the fun never stops with Trump!

Serious questions though, and this is coming from a Trump supporter. . . .

If Trump is innocent, does it matter who prosecutes? Or has the partisan bloodbath gone beyond rational thought?

It doesn't matter, it's just a distraction. How many benghazi hearings were there? and what came of it? The FBI has admitted that the investigation is a counter intelligence investigation. Why in the world is a special counsel needed for a counter intelligence investigation?

Trump does need to fire him.

Comey made it clear in his Congressional testimony that he has been colluding with Mueller, and their intentions are suspect.
Comey is a very bitter man.

Also, Comey's testimony that Trump is not under investigation shows that a special counsel is not needed.

I'm a conservative and politely disagree...

Comey is a gossipy 7th grade school girl and his acknowledgment of trumps non-involvement with Russia has always been obvious...

But independent investigations are a necessary part of our democracy...
Obama appointees(holder, lynch, et all) were loathe to appoint them but they are necessary...

Obamas narcissism and the fawning press made us[them] forget we are not living in a despotic hellhole where all must worship the dear leader...

Mueller has bad taste in friends but is a good man AFAIK....

Comey has always been a moral relativist who loved himself above all others...

Trump will be found not guilty and he can finally get those lazy asses off their chairs in the senate and do something....

And this never gets old...

If it happens on US soil, the FBI is the appropriate agency to handle it. This is a part of what the FBI is tasked with.

Exactly. The fact that there was a conspiracy to get mueller appointed is enough to fire him.

Why fire him NOW?

As a criminal matter, sure. but as a counterintelligence matter, there are better agencies to handle that.

Because of comey's testimony and his close relationship to comey. And the longer you wait the more suspicious it gets, like firing comey.

The biggest problem with Mueller after the testimony of Comey is the conflict of interest between this two people.

Comey wanted an independent panel, he became a leaker now that is unprecedented, then he got his own mentor, his partner and confidant, appointed by the now acting ATT General, another one that have conflict of interest with the Democrats after taking money from the Clintons.

I see a lot of conflicting crap in all this.

You will have some that say Trump cannot can this questionable former director, he has such authority. Just another ploy for those whom refuse to dwell in reality. The new lawsuit, the constant attacks with no chance or substance is the new norm. Absolutely nothing will surprise me at this point. Do not let actual facts displace your narrative..........

Posted this in another thread:
Mueller, appointed by Rodenstein who's sister works for the CDC are no fans of the current POTUS. Also Rodenstein worked under Mueller.

Does this stink yet?

No there are not!

This is part of the FBI's normal tasking. They are tasked with stopping other countries spies. That is what they do!

You need to do some research.

Trump can't fire Mueller, that would fall to the AG, and since Sessions is recused from the Russian thing, he can't do it. Next in line is Rosenstein, he hired Mueller so he'd likely refuse to fire him. Trump would have to fire Rosenstein and keep working his way down the list till he found someone that would do it. Wouldn't be pretty. Nixon did the same thing with special prosecutor Cox, neither his AG or DAG would fire Cox, they both resigned over that matter, was called the Saturday Night Massacre and that didn't work out so well for Nixon.

Thank-you. Well then, let's hope that this thread's title is more accurate than the first few words in the article. The sooner the better!

Trump can appeal to the Congress. If he thinks Mueller is politically motivated, he can bring the issue to Congress. If there is nothing in the Russia theory, there is nothing anyone can do to fabricate evidence anyway, and there would be no threat to Trump.

Mad Max will use this to impeach him.
Pelosi will blame Bush.
CNN will use it as proof Trump is a liar who is covering up crimes against humanity - tards will echo CNN.
People will die, bugs and diseases will spread, hurricanes everywhere, no more sun for you.

This is indeed the end - Trump is Satan, everyone MUST believe me.

Sincerely
Rachel Madcow and Co

I'll cede that you are correct in that it's definitely part of what they're tasked with. I just don't think they are currently capable of completing their mission.
