Just watching The BBC's " Panorama " doing a post-mortem into why The Tories failed to get a majority in last weeks General Election.

When asked why the electorate had voted for Labour in such large numbers, Defence Secretary Michael Fallon replied....... " People voted Labour to stop Jeremy Corby getting into 10 Downing Street "

What the hell planet do some of these so called politicians live on ? More and more of them are coming out as not being in touch with reality.

No wonder The Tories are in a complete shambolic mess.

Is this the final draft of your "Press Release", or are you looking for input before you try to publish it with the New York Times? Either way, I think it's supposed to be a published 'article' before it belongs in "Breaking News".

I'm not very knowledgeable on overseas politics, but I thought Corbyn was the head of the Labour party.

If that is true, it would be an odd statement to make.

If it wasn't so serious it'd be funny.... Nah , it's still funny.

Yes, Corbyn is Leader Of The Labour Party.

It's like Hilary saying " People voted for Trump to stop him becoming POTUS "

And politicians wonder why they are held in such distain.

Is it possible the guest on the BBC simply misspoke?

Obviously, their comment is not very logical.

There are some strange stories coming out of this afternoons Cabinet Meeting.

Apparently Ministers cheered Teresa May and said that if she had spoken to the electorate like she had during that meeting, she would have won the election hands down.

Logical and The Tory Party are not words that fit together.

Fallon seems to be the only tory mp talking to the press and I generally take what he says with a pinch of salt as you cannot get a straight answer out of the guy. Having said that the whole of the tory party are as bad.

Im still amazed people are still falling for this gag!

UK = We have the Theresa May V Jeremy Corbyn fiasco.
USA = You had the Trump V Clinton performance.

I refuse to believe that in possibly the two most 'civilzed' countries on the planet and these four muppets are the best we can come up with ? Its as if any one approaching double figure IQ's has just vanished. And on both sides its degenerated into one hilarious 'he said, she said' WWF wrestling match.

I made a point of NOT voting this time as there was not one single party I could put my trust in, I dare say a few americans felt the same way this time around.

Europe doesnt escape either, we get regular deliveries of anti-UK hate speech from or 'friends' in the rapidly declining Eurozone. But locally we also hear how their own population isnt too happy how Europes going either.

Im reminded of Nero fiddling while Rome burned, but now we have a whole bloody orchestra!
