Incorrect comparison.

While ATS does also retain intellectual rights to members' original posted content, members do not lose their intellectual property rights to original content. Members only loses the "exclusivity" of those rights; therefore, you retain the rights to your original work to do as you see fit, but ATS may also use that work; hence, nonexclusive.

***As an aside, all original content created by anyone is automatically copyrighted, even if not registered with the copyright office.

Congress is bringing him back to testify. They want to get to the bottom of his strange, and perhaps criminal, actions. A subpoena will be issued if James Comey doesn't come willingly.

Yes - he clearly stated that he decided to let Clinton off any charges after he interviewed her - he stated this under oath. It has now been discovered that he drafted a memo exonerating her prior to ever interviewing her. He lied under oath.

The Judiciary Committee has also requested a second special counsel to investigate the Obama administration.
