Somebody has to research. Trump has more resources than we do.

What would you call a person who trusts what Trump says or does, when he has proven time and time again to be full of it?

You cry fake news when it concerns Trump but ignore the fake and false BS that comes out of Trumps mouth.

Trump (the Shepard) cries fake news and his sheep follow along with chants of fake news, kind of proves his Trumpateers are easily manipulated..

Wrong mate. You aren't paying attention to my comments. I called out a left wing troll who can't drink his own Kool-Aid. That poster (AntiD) is a hyperventilating left wing troll who likes to pretend he has it all figured out. He Monday morning QBs every story and like I said I love calling out posers like him.

I've been awake a very long time. The news and especially the political news is 99% BS all formed to fit the current narrative by those who would seek to manipulate the masses. Has always been that way and it will never change.

The OP was right. Nothing the deep state is trying to pin on Trump is sticking because people realize it's all BS. It doesn't matter one bit if Trump is a liar or a truth teller. The OP is about the constant stream of endless BS fake news from the deep state. The deep state uses the hyperventilating liberals in the media to spread the fake news to the point where the hyperventilating liberals in society parrot it from one day to the next. The reality is it's not what the Trumpeteers are saying. It's what the hyperventilating left says on an on-going basis. One massive load of steaming BS day after day.

If you lefties hate the Trumpeteers so much then stop giving them ammo to constantly pound you into submission.

EDIT: BTW...as a reminder...it was the hyperventilating left who coined the term "fake news" in a feeble attempt to discredit the mounds of data coming out about what a lying scumbag Hillary Clinton is. Then CNN, The NYT, Washington Post, MSNBC, etc... all jumped on the fake news bandwagon and got caught red handed literally making sh**t up. Then Trump turned the whole moniker of "fake news" on the very people who created the fake news. Now you hyperventilating liberals get all worked up when Trump calls you out on the very thing you created? Laughable and the epitome of hypocrites.

It is rumored that the FBi frantically looked for Comey's memos he allegedly send out to certain people in the FBI but they came up empty. Comey has still not provided them either. What happens if the memos don't exist at all and Comey told the media his version of events in person or on the phone? Does that change anything in his case?

Please try to keep up. The memoranda exist and have magically turned into sworn testimony. Trump must now testify under oath, as he 100% promised, or invoke executive privilege. Given his track record, it will probably be the latter.

Nope. Nobody has seen the memos that are relevant to the case please keep up.

And if they are released, you will claim that there is no proof that they were written when Comey claims they were. Let's agree that we need to hear those tapes.

I don't need to hear them. Comey's testimony was full of guesses and muh feelings were hurt boo hoo. Trump said nothing intimidating or what warrants a obstruction of justice investigation in the first place. Comey proved to be a f#cking coward and a lackey to the Clintons. F#ck this guy.

So just because you don't like Comey piss on justice? One main reason why the tapes are needed is because tone of voice as well as sentence structure can reveal if any orders were given or not. Because let's face it not every order starts out with I order you to.

The irony is he is comeys boss and can tell him anything he likes. Just like lynch told him not to prosecute Hillary. Or for that matter Obama going public and saying Hillary won't be prosecuted. Presides are allowed to have opinions and obstruction is very hard to prove. As we shall see with the new investigations into the Obama admin.

I'm still trying to understand how firing a single person (whom you certainly have the authority to fire) could be construed as obstruction.

Because it allows you to hire someone who will drop the investigation when you tell him you "hope" it will go away.

It can't, so all the talk is nonsense.

Is ANY law broken by the President firing the Director of the FBI? - no.
Is ANY law broken by the President asking an FBI Director to stop an investigation? - no
Is ANY law broken by the President hoping that the Flynn is let go? - of course not, no.

The ONLY judgement of Trump relating to his actions in this regard comes from Congress. THEY have the power to determine that the President has acted unethically and thus should face impeachment, but the talk of an investigation into obstruction of justice is idiotic and being pushed by those wilfully trying to deceive the public and create more issues to undermine the Administration - all because they have still not come to terms with losing.

It's an ongoing effort to try and fool the people into believing the POTUS has less power than he actually has, diminishing the entire office so as to create drama that will help in the 2018 elections. The same happened with the ridiculous stories about 'leaks' in his meeting with Russia. The wilfully ignorant are playing along.

Which is not a crime, even if true. The President has that power.

Where in the Constitution does it say that the President can obstruct justice? Trump has caused a series of constitutional crises: nepotism, emolument, misuse of assets, obstruction of justice.... I would not want to be a Republican in 2018.

There is that practcice where the President and State Governors can pardon criminals for any crime. Unless they changed that? I would consider that one example of when the President can legally obstruct justice.

About now, I am of the opinion that you honestly can't believe your own thinking when examples and complaints you present are shown to be paper tigers and wind swept windmills?

It doesn't... it vests the power of the Executive Branch in the President - the branch responsible for enforcing the law. It gives him complete authority to "reprieve of pardon" any individual and seek opinion from anyone in the Executive Branch on matters of office. ANY decision that can be made by an FBI Director can be made by the President.

So he could easily stop any investigation by disbanding the entire FBI, he could reprieve or pardon any individual under investigation. He can make any decision the FBI Director can make, including who to investigate and when. the FBI has ZERO standing under the Constitution, only the Executive Branch, of which all power is vested in the President.

Devil's Advocate: recusing himself from investigation on a topic should not prevent him from talking about that topic outside the scope of the investigation.

Correct.
The President has complete control of the Executive Branch, which is where the FBI sits, and only limited control of the other branches of govt. Impeachment is also the only circumstances where the President's reprieve and pardon powers are not allowed.

But it wasn't and won't be dropped due to the firing. Therefore...your response if invalid. It may be dropped since there is no evidence as Comey also admits.

What you and those like you support is simple.

1. We don't like Trump
2. Open an investigation with no proof and then start looking for any possible crime.
3. Can't find any...pretend "hope" is a crime.

It is pitiful and you should all be embarrassed. If you think 2018 is going to be any different that 2016...you may be right. Because no one wants their leaders to be liars and cry babies unable to accept the truth, and then starting witch hunts after those who they DID elect...and ignoring and obstructing EVERY OTHER PROBLEM WE HAVE! You guys suck.

Luckily...that won't last long.

What do you suppose he's going to say when they ask him about being asked to leave the room so trump could ask Comey to lay off Flynn? They can't ask about any conversations of course. But they can ask about Comey telling sessions to make sure he's never left alone with the president again. What do you think he's going to say?

Oh as a side Secret Service has said there are no tapes.

origin-nyi.thehill.com...

Now we're down to reputations as to who is telling the truth.
Who do you think Americans are going to believe?
