Citing random numbers can help disrupt repetitive negative thoughts, if that's what's going on. I've done it myself and it seems to work.

Time. Such an odd term. It is arbitrary. Time for a tree is different than time for a stone.

That sounds nice, but I try to slow down when I am here, which doesn't take much effort.

So you may have to carry me. This is a Pangolin.
The poor things are endangered because the make jackets out of their scales and it is thought to have medicinal qualities. I just think they are darn cute.
And no they are not related to armadillos.
