50 years later. Remembering the attack on the USS Liberty.

On June 8, 1967, US Navy intelligence ship USS Liberty was suddenly and brutally attacked on the high seas in international waters by the air and naval forces of Israel.

Israeli forces attacked with full knowledge that this was an American ship and lied about it. Survivors have been forbidden for 40 years to tell their story under oath to the American public. The USS Liberty Memorial web site tells their story and is dedicated to the memory of the 34 brave men who died.

They simply allowed those responsible literally to get away with murder.

This week marks the 50th anniversary of the assault on the USS Liberty, and though it was among the worst attacks in history against a noncombatant U.S. naval vessel, the tragedy remains shrouded in secrecy.

All we can do is speculate as to why Israel attacked the USS Liberty.

Some say its because as a reconnaissance ship, they documented that it was actually Israel which started the 6 day war.

Others claim that it was Israel's attempt at another False Flag event like the Bombing of the King David Hotel or the Lavon Affair.

An attempt by Israel to mislead America into thinking that we had been attacked by Egypt.

The ship was not supposed to survive but thanks to the courage and bravery of the American crew, they did.

Its also said that the McNamara and LBJ himself called off the rescue mission...

Isn't that the country we bend over backwards to be friends with while they stab us in the heart repeatedly?

I wonder someone up high called this in as a favor so they could cover up something, or someone else going down on that ship.

Maybe a reference to Israel being against America's liberty (USS Liberty)? We've been sending them billions of dollars every year for a while now, liberty means to be free from oppression and/or servitude.

That's how those in power work, they play out abstract concepts in the real world through false flags and such.

Not saying this is the case, just an idea. The fact that we continue to send billions in foreign aid to a country that carried out an attack on one of our ships is mind blowing.

That's just plain terrifying. I don't want to know what 'research' was conducted on those poor innocent people. Truly disgusting.

We learned a lot, medically speaking from unit 731. Some of the horror stories are absolutely insane. Vivisection, torture, testing diseases. In return we gave most of the important war criminals immunity for their records.

Why a child like depiction and not a rendition of the truth of the story
Granted, the audience around here can be child like, lead by child like depictions (going by the flag count) of war scenes
But let's be hounest, without Israel, the US of A would be broke and irrelevant as a world power

That's it. The one that infiltrated the federal government many years ago. The one that brought us AIPAC, which by rights should be registered as an agent of a foreign government.

Too many people think the Israel of today is the Israel of the book.

It's not.

Christians should not be fooled into supporting an evil like this. But, somehow, the church pews are full of fools.

Interesting thing is that the Bible actually calls these people out, where it says that He knows about those who call themselves Jews, and yet they are not.

Don't be fooled by WWII people. They became as ugly as their abuser.

Not only do the people of the U S A need to be made aware of this attack, they need to let their elected representatives in Washington D.C. know how they feel about it, even today.

USS Liberty Survivor Bryce Lockwood Meets With President Donald Trump

Not one to rest on his laurels and recognizing that while this opportunity has never presented itself before, Bryce quickly briefed the President about the attack and the fact that it has never been investigated by the US government after which he slipped a USS Liberty Challenge Coin into Mr. Trump’s hand.

Bryce then spent time briefing the personnel accompanying Mr. Trump about the USS Liberty and of our effort to ensure the US government finally conducts an investigation of the attack. Everyone he spoke with was very interested in what Bryce had to say. Probably because many were either active duty military, veterans or – like USS Liberty Survivor Lloyd Painter – members or veterans of the Secret Service.

Arriving at the 50th anniversary of the attack coupled with the passage of Resolution 40 by The American Legion has wakened a sleeping giant. Americans are becoming aware of what happened to us during the attack and how we have been treated by Congress and by Americans who are more concerned about the well-being of the forces who attacked us than they are about their own countrymen.
