Hope you're not going to give us the result in every constituency, you'll have no fingers left by 6am lol.

I think if the Conservative majority is less than 30 then May will be badly damaged. They went into this anticipating a tub thumping 80/90 plus majority. Less than 30 won't convince European negotiators that she speaks for the UK, or that the country is behind her. Less than 20 and her government will be vulnerable to guerrilla war type tactics in the Commons, late night sittings, pairing withdrawn, unexpected divisions etc. A good opposition could quite easily wear the government down that way.

If she scrapes a majority, or doesn't get one, I think pressure to get rid of her will be quite high in the Conservative constituency associations. I never for once thought she'd be in that position or that we'd be considering tonight who her replacement might be.

Broxbourne C Hold

L 6
C 4

It looks like the UKIP vote has shipped equally to both parties - very odd.

If May loses any kind of majority, you better believe her party will throw her under the bus for taking away their power in the commons.

It'll be "Mutiny on the Bounty" live before our very eyes.

No doubt about it.

Yup, snakes slithering in every direction.

They'll make her walk the plank without so much as shedding a tear or even thinking twice about it.

Pfft.

Scottish Labour and the SNP hate each other with a vengeance, which is odd considering there's a number of issues where their policies overlap, both left leaning, they tend to attract the same voters too. I'd be surprised if there were a formal pact between those two in the event of a hung parliament.

maybe not formal but they all know they gotta horse trade with each other to pull it off, I'd choose a tory 326 mp's before jezza cracking a deal with sturgeon.

Labour hold where I live.

Pleasantly surprised - really thought that most who voted UKIP last time would vote Tory but again those votes have been split pretty evenly between the two major parties.

Sturgeon would want to work with a Labour minority government, vote by vote maybe to keep the Tories out, but play it to her own advantage. Labour will pay a high price for that, which might not be to your liking.

I agree .

We also need more people value their power thru taxation.

Tax his land, tax his wage,
Tax his bed in which he lays.
Tax his tractor, tax his mule,
Teach him taxes is the rule.

Tax his cow, tax his goat,
Tax his pants, tax his coat.
Tax his ties, tax his shirts,
Tax his work, tax his dirt.

Tax his chew, tax his smoke,
Teach him taxes are no joke.
Tax his car, tax his grass,
Tax the roads he must pass.

Tax his food, tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his sodas, tax his beers,
If he cries, tax his tears.

Tax his bills, tax his gas,
Tax his notes, tax his cash.
Tax him good and let him know
That after taxes, he has no dough.

If he hollers, tax him more,
Tax him until he’s good and sore.
Tax his coffin, tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he lays.

Put these words upon his tomb,
"Taxes drove me to my doom!"
And when he’s gone, we won’t relax,
We’ll still be after the inheritance tax.
